Abstract: There are so many Deep Webs in Internet, which contains a large amount of valuable data, This paper proposes a Deep Web data extraction and service system based on the principle of cloud technology. We adopt a kind of multi-node parallel computing system structure and design a task scheduling algorithm in the data extraction process, in above foundation, balance the task load of among nodes to accomplish data extraction rapidly; The experimental results show that cloud parallel computing and dispersed network resources are used to extract data in Deep Web system is valid and improves the data extraction efficiency of Deep Web and service quality.

Abstract: The generalized Hamming weights of a linear code are fundamental code parameters related to the minimal overlap structures of the subcodes. In this paper, some results are presented on the estimates of generalized Hamming weights of cyclic codes, which connect their corresponding trace codes.

Abstract: According to the complexity of the JCVM system, in accordance with the combination of inside and outside thinking, designed storage structure of the external file and the data structure of the internal environment. Using the instance tested practical operating effect of the system and the result shows that the system performance to some extent improvement compared with GP common platform and analyzed the experimental results, and further for the optimization methods present a simple discussion.

Abstract: The transfer and the management of the tacit knowledge is one of the most important issues in the knowledge transferring context to create organizational competitive advantage in the fast growing competitive world. As we know, organization tacit knowledge transferring is a dynamic game process, this research applies evolutionary game theory to analyze the tacit knowledge transferring activities among organizations and the stability balance issue in organization knowledge transferring. Based on the theory of games, this paper constructs the evolutionary game process model for organization tacit knowledge transferring. And through the equilibrium point of the model, the different knowledge transferring bodies game replicated dynamics and stability are analyzed. With this model, the reason why tacit knowledge is hard to be transferred and the path of tacit knowledge transferring is analyzed.

Abstract: This paper takes each weight as a normal distribution random variable. The values of weight are given by several experts, which are used to determine the distribution of this weight random variable. Taking the weight random variables as parameters of the decision models, we can calculate the distribution of result. This method evaluates the alternatives by their expectations and variances of the calculation results. The evaluation result coincides with people's understanding about the problem of evaluation. The method of this paper is the improvement of power exponent method and weight sum method.

Abstract: Weighted frequent pattern mining address to discover more important frequent pattern by considering different weights of every item, closed frequent pattern mining can significantly reduce the number of frequent itemset mining and keep sufficient result information. In this paper,we proposed an algorithm DS_CRWF to mine closed weighted frequent pattern over data stream, which is based on sliding window and take basic window as unit of updating, all the closed weighted frequent patterns can be mined through once scan. The experimental results show the feasibility of the algorithm.

Abstract: Traditional software development method will bring code tangling, code scattered and many other issues. Aspect-oriented programming came into being under this circumstance. AOP is a new programming paradigm which is independent of all the other programming languages. The scale and complexity of software systems increase continually. Efficiently control the complexity of software systems has already become a vitally important issue which needs to be addressed. In the modular design and implementation of software, cross cut always arise between primary functional modules and non-functional modules. This paper proposes a method to model and verify an UML activity diagram based aspect-oriented programming which enhance the capability of dealing with non-function requirements.

Abstract: Linear system with H-matrix often appears in a wide variety of areas and is studied by many numerical researchers. In order to improve the convergence rates of iterative method solving the linear system whose coefficient matrix is an H-matrix. In this paper, a preconditioned AOR iterative method with a multi-parameters preconditioner with a general upper triangular matrix is proposed. In addition, the convergence of the coressponding iterative method are established. Lastly, we provide numerical experiments to illustrate the theoretical results.

Abstract: Based on the item response theory 2PLM parameter estimation method and genetic algorithm in Detailed exploration, put forward a kind of 2PLM based on genetic algorithm parameter estimation method, and the corresponding algorithm program for different item parameter estimation. On the basis of genetic coding, genetic analysis and reference, proposed to the operators of genetic improvement strategy and algorithm to accelerate the convergence of strategy, wove algorithm verification procedures and foreign popular BILOG software were compared, the results showed that, in a certain range of error, the proposed algorithm can converge to the optimal solution.
