Abstract: In the car assembly line made from a mix of ground plate-type conveying machinery and suspension conveying machinery, a control scheme of the car body automatically conveyed from the ground conveying machinery to overhead one is proposed, and the specific implementing methods are presented. The transferring robot adopts the Cartesian coordinate system and achieves the devices of lifting car bodies in linear motion along with four degrees of freedom by using four servo motors. The control system presented in this paper consists of the SIEMENS S7-300 T-CPU PLC, SINAMICS S120 servo driver components.

Abstract: On the long straight road of one proving ground of Ministry of Communications, in order to study the influence of brake energy regeneration system (BERS), gear on coasting resistance, road coasting tests of a HEB were carried out under different conditions, separately on and off of BERS, neutral gear and gearing up. Test results showed, the regeneration brake force generated during the process of brake energy regeneration had quadratic relationship with vehicle speed, which had the greatest impact on coasting resistance; Coasting resistance under gearing up increased basically in proportion with rise in vehicle speed, and were about 2200N higher than those under neutral gear. When carrying out HEB road coasting tests, the BERS should be turned off, the transmission should be in neutral gear.

Abstract: Passenger can be caused serious injury in vehicle side pole impact. Through China In-Depth Accident study (CIDAS) ,We extract some important parameters and carry on targeted research in side pole impact accident. Accident data show that: The method with vehicle lateral strike a diameter of 200mm ~ 300mm pole in the direction of 8 ~ 11 points and in the speed of less than 40km/h is in accordance with the Chinese actual accident situation. Research results show that: The important parameters of pole diameter, impact velocity, impact angle and impact point position within the CIDAS data range, The collision velocity has large effect on body structure, the collision point position and pole diameter has very little effect.The results are helpful for us to further understand the special side impact form.

Abstract: In forging process, quenching temperature is the critical factor on affecting products solidity and wear resistance. In order to guarantee products quality and improve work efficiency, it is very essential to monitor and control quenching temperature automatically. To keep quenching temperature in normal range, a novel automatic supervisory control system based on SCM minimum system was designed. By selecting appropriate sensor and corresponding signal processing, the system realized functions of many furnace temperature supervisory, temperature excursion alarming and temperature regulating. By simulation results, the system can realize automatic and intelligent supervisory, also, the system has characteristics of simple hardware, high reliability, powerful functions and strong practicality.

Abstract: In order to eliminate calculation error, wavelet transform is used to remove noise when navigational data is used to calculate truth-value of three-component geomagnetic field. By introducing Euler attitude rotation matrix, the computing value of geomagnetic vector is decomposed by multi-scale wavelet transform in each frequency. The high-frequency noise is removed and the accurate value of geomagnetic field can be got by rebuilding low-frequency component. Simulation results indicate that the calculated value is identical with setting value and has high precision, which means the method has great applied importance and instructional significance for practical measurement of marine three-component geomagnetic field.

Abstract: The fuzzy-PID control approach was used on the velocity control of the unmanned helicopter. Furthermore, a novel parameter self-tuning method was presented that the parameters of the PID controller were self-tuned based on the parameters of the last control period according to the deviation and its variation ratio, adequately considering the control information of the last control period. The increments of the PID parameters were calculated by the fuzzy inference system. Matlab simulation and the hardware-in-loop simulation were performed, the simulation results verified the feasibility and the effectiveness.

Abstract: In order to obtain the availability of roads and bridges after earthquake, a real-time monitoring system is build by wireless sensor networks. And a new key management scheme is proposed to protect the safety of the system. The scheme is based on the polynomial and the Chinese Remainder Theorem, divided into three stages which are system initialization, key establishment, node join and revocation. Analysis shows that the new scheme greatly reduces the storage space and the energy consumption of calculation and communication of node. It is suitable for post-disaster road monitoring system.

Abstract: In order to analyze transmission performance of broad band wireless communication system based on 802.16 protocol, address the key issues of QoS scheduling algorithm, and network congestion, etc, we present our design of WiMAX medium access control (MAC) layer based on 802.16 protocol in this paper. The implemented design comprises the service-specific convergence sub-layer (CS), the MAC common part sub-layer (CPS), a call admission control mechanism, and a scheduler. In the next simulation experiment, we tested the throughput and average delay of the system which we designed under the conditions in different time or number of clients. The design and simulation had provided a platform and foundation for further to improve the efficiency of bandwidth management algorithm, scheduling algorithm, QoS management, and enhancing the performance of WiMAX systems.

Abstract: Wavelet-based robust filtering of process data is proposed in order to reduce the influence of the outliers and noise in Out-trajectory data. We utilize the moving median filtering method to reject outliers in the original data and then combine wavelet de-noising method with empirical Wiener threshold to suppress noise. Simulation calculation and real engineering application has shown that the novel algorithm reliably preserves the information encapsulated in a process signal corrupted with noise and outliers. The methodology has been proved to be reliable and robust.

Abstract: Fuzzy control theory is a computer numerical control theory based on fuzzy set theory, fuzzy language variable and fuzzy logic reasoning. It is widely used for it doesnt require exact mathematical model of controlled object in system design, so that fuzzy control has an advantage in researching high nonlinear system like inverted pendulum. However, rule explosion problem is unavoidable when we use fuzzy control theory to solve some multivariable system control problems such as inverted pendulum. This paper presents the application of the optimal control theory to reduce the input variable dimensions and the rules of the fuzzy controller through designing a fusion function, solving rule explosion problem successfully. The paper also discusses the control effect influenced by quantification factors, promoting performance quality of the fuzzy controller by setting threshold value to make quantification factors automatic regulation.
