Abstract: Continuous wave (CW) radar and global positioning system (GPS) is the main equipment of trajectory measurement in range. Based on range test background, propose a method to fuse GPS pseudo-range and CW radar range to provide complete trajectory positioning parameters, effectively reduce the impact of the systematic error of the measuring element to improve positioning precision of aircraft orbit solving. Through research on the measurement principle and the practice calculated data is given in this paper. Finally, several famous practical examples and simulation results are presented to illustrate our method efficiently.

Abstract: In microgrids operation, photovoltaic power generation system need to quickly and accurately for maximum power point tracking (MPPT), namely MPPT technology, because of the diversity of the control method, its control effect is different, a realization of process is also great difference. And because the current maximum power point tracking method is not enough accurate and mature, which led to the photovoltaic system power loss, this paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of tracking control method, in light of the maximum power point tracking control theory, and sums up the mathematical model of optimization, seeking the optimal control method. The paper is to explore maximum power point tracking control method development mentality, to look forward the research direction of the microgrids PV system.

Abstract: The correct identification of GIS partial discharge type is essential for assessing the insulation status of GIS and developing a reasonable maintenance strategy. After the analysis of the intelligent diagnosis system design, the software architecture of host and remote computer is given by this article. Site host computer completes the data preprocessing and the remote host computer completes the function of real-time observation, data storage and inquiry, spectrum analysis and pattern recognition. The test shows that the software can complete the intelligent recognition of partial discharge.

Abstract: In order to increase the movement capability of the robotic visual system in three-dimension space, the paper designs an obstacle-avoidance algorithm based on robotic movement visual by effectively processing the visual information colleted by the robotics. This paper establishes a structural model of coordination control system. The obstacles can be effectively identified and avoided by the obstacle-avoidance theory in the robotics coordination operation. The mathematical model of the obstacle-avoidance algorithm can predict the locations of the obstacles. The experiment proves the proposed algorithm can avoid the obstacles in three-dimension space and the accuracy is very high.

Abstract: Performance analysis and capacity prediction of integrated semiconductor equipment is a very difficult task, it is a effective way to solve this problem by setting up a model of equipment performance measurement. This paper details the composition and related operation principle of parallel integrated semiconductor equipment. This paper also deriving a set of stability measurement model, we call it Throughput Model, for integrated semiconductor equipment according to its operation principle, which reflect the relationship between stability and output error. The model can effectively calculate the stability of equipment and help system design.

Abstract: with rapid development of the mobile telecommunications industry, numerous Power Equipment and Environment Monitoring System (PEEM) related products have emerged in recent years. These products provide convenient remote maintenance. However, most of the existing systems remain in the phase of collecting data, which is not very useful for further analysis to improve maintenance operations. In this paper, we introduce a PEEM-based online battery monitoring and maintenance platform called Blue Monitor system. By maintaining communication power supply system in the mobile base station, Blue Monitor can reduce fossil-fuel power generator usages, decrease operational difficulty, enable unattended monitoring service and extend battery life. It will significantly boost energy savings and financial benefits.

Abstract: This paper proposed a model for user security management. This model can establish the blacklist and white list to achieve the control of the user subsequent actions through monitoring the changing of user trust level. It also can establish trust policy based on assets importance and user trust level, specify the relationship between user trust and assets value and take it as a dynamic trust constraint for access control. The experiments show that this model combines trust level with access control mechanism; it can enhance the user security management.

Abstract: conventional manual adjustment to control the drop speed in clinical infusion has more unadvantageous and cannot realize automatic controlling and monitoring of the infusion speed. According to this condition, the infusion monitoring system is designed based on the STM32 microcontroller and one pair of infrared emitting and receiving diode, and the experimental is done. The result shows that this designed monitoring system can reach high accuracy, high reliability and low adjust time.

Abstract: according to the requirement of shooting training, the impact point detecting system of photo-electricity target is designed based on laser coordinate orientation method. The principle of detection method based on image process is firstly discussed, then the system design and image processing arithmetic is also detailed, at last the simulation experiment is done, and the result shows that the designed system is stabilized and can reach accurate and reliable detecting and displaying for scoring ring number.
