Abstract: In order to solve the problems of complete coverage path and obstacle avoidance with the mobile robot, the complete coverage planning was described first, and then the algorithm of the complete coverage path planning was analyzed. The complete traversal algorithm and the obstacle avoidance strategy of the robot around the barrier were put forward. Finally, the traversal control flow chart of the traversal robot implemented in Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) was obtained. After the above analysis, the algorithm was simple, practical, and low repeatability, and high efficiency. The algorithms could effectively solve the difficulty of complete coverage path and obstacle avoidance with the robot.

Abstract: Evacuation for a firefighter in complex fire scene is challenge problem. In this paper, we discuss a firefighters evacuation decision making model in ad hoc robot network on fire scene. Due to the dynamics on fire scene, we know that the sensed information in ad hoc robot network is also dynamically variance. So in this paper, we adapt dynamic decision method, Markov decision process, to model the firefighters decision making process for evacuation from fire scene. In firefighting decision making process, we know that the critical problems are how to define action space and evaluate the transition law in Markov decision process. In this paper, we discuss those problems according to the triangular sensors situation in ad hoc robot network and describe a decision making model for a firefighters evacuation the in the end.

Abstract: The author of this article designs a non-track automatic pipe welding robot, which mainly studies the image processing system of visual welding tracking. With the requirement of various interference noise and tracking accuracy in the welding process, this study adopts structure light CCD sensor checking system and image acquisition card processing images of computer software, in which sample filtering, edge checking, contour tracking, laser centerlines selection and checking of its characteristics. This processing method has the advantages of good effect and speedy processing that is able to meet the timely requirement of tracking system.

Abstract: The technologic of PID control is very conventional. There is an extensive application in many fields at present. The PID controller is simple in structure, strong in robustness, and can be understood easily. Then neural networks have great capability in solving complex mathematical problems since they have been proven to approximate any continuous function as accurately as possible. Hence, it has received considerable attention in the field of process control. Due to the complication of modern industrial process and the increase of nonlinearity, time-varying and uncertainty of the practical production processes, the conventional PID controller can no longer meet our requirement. This paper introduces the theoretical foundation of the BP neural network and studying algorithm of the neural network briefly, and designs the PID temperature control system and simulation model based on BP neural network.

Abstract: A method of low cost strapdown inertial Attitude and Heading Reference System based on MEMS is implemented in this paper. Based on the analysis of the modules, the proper selection of the core processor and the inertial devices, the hardware components of the system is presented; Using the gradient-descent algorithm which is based on quaternion, it can finish the calculation of the attitude; This AHRS can realize the real-time extraction, calculation and the output of the information.

Abstract: The intelligent access control system based on UWB is designed in this paper. The system includes access controller, UWB reader array, electronic lock, power module, video capture modular and master computer. The access controller obtains the cards information by UWB reader array , the staffs position can be located by UWB location algorithm. By comparing with information obtained by video capture modular, the system can indicates that if there is illegal invader. The location accuracy can reach 0.5m and can identify accurately the invaders position. So the system can used widely in the place which requires fast walk.

Abstract: At first this paper described the cavity pressure monitoring technology definition and work principle. Then showed that made use of monitoring the cavity pressure curve and study melt flow balance by specific example. The use of cavity pressure curve could be quickly and accurately get the best process parameters, so change the way of obtaining process parameters optimization from the "experience" basis to "scientific" basis. The article concluded it could understand deeply and grasp the relationship among the three proposals of the cavity pressure curve, process parameters and product quality.

Abstract: To cope with increasingly rigorous challenges that large scale digital integrated circuit testing is confronted with, a comprehensive compression scheme consisting of test-bit rearrangement algorithm, run-length assignment strategy and symmetrical code is proposed. The presented test-bit rearrangement algorithm can fasten dont-care bits, 0s or 1s in every test pattern on one of its end to the greatest extent so as to lengthen end-run blocks and decrease number of short run-lengths. A dynamical dont-care assignment strategy based on run-lengths can be used to specify the remaining dont-care bits after the test-bit rearrangement, which can decrease run-length splitting and maximize length of run-lengths. The symmetrical code benefits from long run-lengths and only uses 2 4-bit short code words to identify end-run blocks almost as long as a test pattern, and hence the utilization ratio of code words can be heightened. The presented experiment results show that the proposed comprehensive scheme can obtain very higher data compression ratios than other compression ones published up to now, especially for large scale digital integrated circuits, and considerably decrease test power dissipations.

Abstract: The Algorithm of Measuring in Close-Range Photogrammetry based on Grid
[Purpos Due to the existence of various error sources in the close-range photogrammetry, the traditional photogrammetry algorithm cannot completely eliminate system error. The measurement precision often cannot reach the requirement and the calculation process is complicated. In order to solve this problem , a new measuring algorithm called grid measuring algorithm is presented in this papers. [MethoWe structures an ideal grid measuring space according to image point of the fixed point. Then the interested object points are mapped to the grid measuring space by the image points. We can get the position by fusing the value according to the distance to the nodes.For illustration,a photographic example is utilized to show the feasibility of the grid measuring algorithm.[Result The experimental results show that the error of grid measuring algorithm is controlled within half pixels. [ConclusionThe positioning precision of this algorithm is obviously superior to the traditional algorithm and the calculation is simple.
