Abstract: In order to reduce the power consumption of traditional tracking control, this article according to the tracking theory of spin new angle of elevation design of high precision two-axis solar tracking controller based on LabVIEW programming. The main method of control mode to calculate the position of the sun, using the S1337-1010BQ sensor to track the sun angle deviation automatic proofreading. According to the light intensity automatically adjust the reset program, can maximize the more light. After the test, a new tracking method tracking error is reduced, the photovoltaic efficiency is further improved.

Abstract: In order to track and identify remote cargo with electronic label, the electronic label may carry GPS module. To GPS modules antenna, not only the factors such as impedance bandwidth and axial ratio bandwidth are considered, but also the stability of the phase center is more concerned about, due to it determines the precision and accuracy of location. At the same time it requires that axial ratio is less than 3 db in wide angle range of elevation theta. Realizes circular polarized GPS antenna through the orthogonal 4-fed mode and Wilkinson power splitters, in addition, calibrates and optimizes the average phase center of antenna through the optimization algorithm. The simulation results show that GPS antenna works in the L-band 1.575 GHz,impedance bandwidth in which return loss less than-10 db achieves 91.4 MHz,and coverages: 1.5358 ~ 1.6272 GHz; 3db axis ratio bandwidth achieves 305 MHz in the biggest gain direction of XOZ section;In the center frequency point 1.575 GHz, elevation theta which corresponds 3db axis ratio coverages: -119.2°to 111.5°; The stability of the phase center is less than 3 mm.

Abstract: This paper discusses the signal detection problem with rectangular array, and links the detection problem to the compressed sensing trilinear model. Exploiting this link, we derive a compressed sensing trilinear decomposition-based signal detection algorithm, which can obtain the estimation of the signals from different directions. The proposed algorithm requires no spectral peak searching, and it has lower complexity than conventional trilinear decomposition-based method. Simulation results illustrate the performance of the algorithm.

Abstract: For the problem of being lack of consideration of uncertain information during the process of current testability modeling and prediction, the testability modeling and prediction method based on uncertain information is researched from both aspects of uncertain test and uncertain relationship between failure modes and functions. A kind of model called hybrid diagnostic Bayesian networks is designed which is proven to be highly accurate the confidence of the testability prediction results.

Abstract: Active Disturbance Rejection Controller (ADRC) is a kind of nonlinear controller for a set of uncertain systems. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm is a new evolutionary computation technique and is inspired by social behaviour simulation. The ADRC was adopted to realize the uncalibrated hand-eye coordination control of six degree-of-freedom robot and the controller parameters were optimized by PSO. Simulation results prove the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Abstract: In the photoelectric imaging tracking system with the low frame-frequency CCD, low sampling frequency and delay in the system restrain the closed-loop bandwidth and the tracking precision of the system. In general, the zeros-poles cancellation method is employed in this system to cure for resonance and broaden the bandwidth of the system, but the method depends on the precise mathematical model and relatively higher sampling frequencies. In this paper, a PID controller with complex zeros is proposed and analyzed, which is applied to the FSM system based on the low frame-frequency CCD; next, good closed-loop performance obtained through the controller is presented. It is found from many experiments that zeros-poles cancellation cannot be applied to the tracking system with low sampling frequency without other assistant methods, which may not be required in the new method. Finally, the CCD with a frequency of 200Hz is used in the FSM tracking experiment to verify the method, and the experiment result shows that the performance of the system achieved by means of the novel controller can meet the design requirements.

Abstract: In this paper, we present an optical profilometric technique for 3D shape measurement--Fourier Transform Profilometry (FTP). In contrast to other optical techniques, the grating pattern will in its spatial frequency fields as well as in its space-signal fields which projected onto the object surface and was Fourier-transformed and processed. This technique only requires a single fringe pattern up to no more than two to reproduce 3D object shape. FTP has a much higher sensitivity to the fringe quality than other techniques. We design a system which has a high-resolution system composed of a video projector and a digital camera. A fringe pattern of programming by computer is projected onto the free surface and its diagram is recorded by the camera. The deformed fringe pattern arising from the surface deformations is later compared to the unreformed (reference) one, leading to a phase map from which the free surface can be reconstructed after some series of processes.

This Mobile video monitoring system consists of video acquisition device, DVR, server, wireless network and mobile monitor client. Hierarchy of RTP/RTCP in the system is discussed in detail, as well as the decoding of the Real-time data streams in the client.

Abstract: Characterized with auto inspecting ability, high-speed and accuracy, machine vision technology is one of the most important means in medicine packaging and food processing industries. A structural system based on PC, DSP and visual sensor is presented in this paper. A sub pixel edge detection algorithm in image processing for high precision automatic alignment system which was an urgent problem on the actual machine vision field. The algorithm uses the spatial moments to detect the location of the edge in sub-pixel which improved the analysis speed and optimized the application of the whole system.
