Abstract: For meeting the needs of environmental monitoring for scenic spot in Hainan international tourism construction, the wireless sensor node was designed based on Zigbee. Intelligent management system for scenic spot is a part of tourism information,WSN nodes, as the basic unit of the intelligent management system. The paper briefly presents the architecture of the nodes, include four main modules: the processing module, Zigbee radio communications module, sensing module, power management module. Then each part was described in detail. The nodes can obtain the environmental information in real time, and then transferred to the remote monitoring center. The actual test result demonstrates that the nodes works stead. The nodes performance of lower power consumption is prominent, and it has easy to use and other advantages.

Abstract: With the advent of the information age, the theory of network-centric operations come into beings. Network and network devices constitute the core of the C3I system which is the cornerstone of the network-centric operations. However, it is difficult to maintenance and support the C3I network devices for the reason of its specific features, such as its all kinds of models, wide geographical distribution, complex structure, highly reliability requirements and so on [. we propose a network device monitoring method to improve network equipment running reliability, real-time fault detection and save the utilization of network resources based on the existing method.

Abstract: For the purpose of solving the problems, such as many kinds of C3I equipment signals to be test, complicated technology and technology fast updates, a test system based on flexible technology is proposed. In this system, the core technical cocept of systematize and developmental design is adopt. In this paper, the design ideas, software and hardware design and test diagnosis process are described in detail. The detection system based on flexible test achieves calling testing resources according to the different objects, interfaces conversion and signal conditioning. The system has good characteristics on flexibility, reliability, adaptability and expand [1-, which is of great significance for the equipment maintenance and support.

Abstract: In this paper, we study the design and development of the system level simulation platform of TD-SCDMA, mainly introducing the design of power control simulation algorithms in multi-carrier cell mode which support mixed service model of UEs. The theory of power control by adaptive integer step-size is described in detail, and the simulation results in TD-SCDMA system level simulation platform with practical examples are analyzed. Taking simulation of power control by our way has certain practical significance.

According to the identity authentication and access authority control, the paper analyzes the safety management entrusted mechanism of Acegi which is Spring security framework, makes full use of its characteristics of depended injection (DI), and realizes statement and configuration of all kinds of safety components such as authentication management and access decision management.

Abstract: In the College, performance evaluation system is directly related to the harmonious development of the school. Taking into account the factors in the evaluation system is fuzzy, so this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. But the model is too subjective, so this paper combines neural network and data envelopment analysis method, which ensures that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and scientific, and good school development and teacher self-interest. The performance assessment process, not only enables the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, but also fair and reasonably reflect the achievements of teachers, while this method is easy to use, wide application, and can be well applied in practice.

Abstract: The feasibility of sapphire fiber sensors based on evanescent absorption spectroscopy in the infrared range for determination of water content in polar organic solvents has been investigated. Evanescent absorption spectra of sapphire fiber sensors in glycerol, ethanol and glycol with different volume concentrations were recorded and analyzed, respectively. Evanescent absorbance around 2.7μm of fiber sensors in those organic solvents has been utilized to implement for in situ monitoring water concentration in organic solvents. The evanescent fiber sensors for monitoring water concentrations in those organic solvents are acceptably accurate, cost-effective and reliable. Overall results demonstrate that the sapphire fiber sensor based on evanescent absorption is a promising candidate for prediction of water content in polar organic solvents in on-line and remote situation.

Through the analysis to show the scientificalness and the normativing of this testing device.

Abstract: A new Brillouin optical time domain reflectometry (BOTDR) based on parallel computing method to extract the spontaneous Brillouin scattering spectra is proposed. By use of parallel computing method, the speed of digital signal processing unit in the new BOTDR can be improved by more than 40 times, which benefits dynamic measurement of the temperature and/or strain along the fiber under test.
