Abstract: In order to evaluate power quality more accurately and synthesize the characteristics of the distribution, which has nodes in large quantity and area, an online power quality monitoring system (PQMS) is developed by using the digital signal processor (DSP) and the general packet radio service (GPRS). This PQMS consists of two parts: the power quality monitor (PQM) which is designed on the structure of DSP and the monitoring software (MS) in upper computer which is designed on the platform of LabVIEW. GPRS network provides the communication channel for these two parts. Therefore, supervisors can monitor and analyze the power quality from a long distance. In this paper, the design and realization of each part are described in detail. Experimental results show that the proposed system is fast in response with high accuracy and has the ability of real-time processing.

Abstract: Monitoring system design of mine gas Monitoring System were designed according to the traditional lacked of the real-time and early warning functions and so on problems. mine gas Monitoring System was constructed successfully with Wireless Sensor Network Technology. And TinyOS structure programming language nesC was applied to prepare the system software. The wireless on time measurement of the gas density could be conducted. At the same time,SMS message was used to send real-time environment information to users, which containing user-defined periodic collection data and early warning document produced by microcomputer. The simulation and site test showed that the system operation was in normal, stable and reliable.

Abstract: On the background of Mirosot Competition, this paper takes centralized micro soccer robot as research object. After structure research on soccer robot, it mainly focuses on studying decision-making system, which is the key part of intelligence realization. A stratified hierarchical motion control model from top to bottom is proposed. The motion control of soccer robot is realized based on Genetic algorithm path planning with grid modeling and Fuzzy-PID control method.

Abstract: It can not only make the system more flexibly, but also can make the maximum power higher by using the direct-parallel connected inverters. However, when grid-connected inverters operate in direct-parallel structure, it may lead to potential circulating current. So its important to inhibit circulating current. Its found that the circulating current can be suppressed by controlling the operation time of zero vectors during every PWM cycle of space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM). Meanwhile, we can add a current-average loop to the system so as to make the circulating current smaller. Simulation results in MATLAB are presented to prove the effectiveness of this method in this paper.

Abstract: Considering the shortcomings of H.264 rate control algorithm, the paper proposed a new frame level of rate control algorithm according to the movement activity of each frame. xperimental results showed that compared to JVT-G012 which adopted rate control algorithm,the proposal can control the rate more accurately and obtain the higher PSNR and visual quality.

Abstract: Indirect adaptive fuzzy controller with a self-structuring algorithm is proposed in this paper to achieve tracking performance for a class of uncertain nonlinear single-input single-output (SISO) systems with external disturbances. Selecting membership functions and the fuzzy rules are difficult in fuzzy controller design. As a result, self-structuring algorithm is used in this paper, which simplifies the design of fuzzy controller. Lyapunov analysis is used to prove asymptotic stability of the proposed approach. Application of the proposed control scheme to a second-order inverted pendulum system demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: The position sensorless control method based on direct torque control was carried out aiming at the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) in this paper. To the consideration of electric vehicle space is limited, in order to reduce the controller size to save space, this paper studied the sensorless control. Meanwhile, in order to improve the control rapidity as much as possible of the electric vehicle, take direct torque control as a control method of the driving motor. Finally, designed the sensorless direct torque controller and studied its simulation. Simulation results show that the control system have good dynamic and static characteristics in the full speed range.

Abstract: Intelligent traffic control and traffic guidance systems have become the core question of ITS research, but real-time and accurate traffic prediction and control are two keys that they may achieve. On this basis, Research priorities are proposed and it introduces general ideas of short-term traffic flow forecasting and control, and uses the rough set and fuzzy theory to predict and control traffic flow. Compared with the actual, forecasting results' error is smaller, and the same time the jam of intersection is effectively alleviated.

Abstract: By analysis of WSN node signal processing, we designed a node structural system in WSN agricultural monitoring system and use the ideas of this system to complete the development of wireless sensor nodes. TinyOS, as the node software development system is chosen to test the node performance. The results showed that, the node meets the design requirements, and it can be effectively applied in WSN agricultural monitoring system.

Abstract: According to the needs of the intelligent substation construction, this paper applied the optical fiber sensor technology and wireless sensing technology in the substation monitoring, and designed the substation equipment temperature information acquisition system and communication optical cable monitoring system, which connects to the power supply bureau monitoring center networking and provides the decision-making basis for the substation state control and maintenance. It is conducive to improve the level of substation intellectualization and information sharing.
