Abstract: Nuzzles on fatigue or high pressure container are all combined with saddle pad, the joint between the shell and the nozzle is welding neck, which is better than any other kind joint, but the interface of nozzle and the shell is a 3D face, which is impossible to be formed by ordinary machine tools. In this paper, established mathematics model, analyzed the relation of mathematics, compiled NC program, and realized the numerical controlled processing on machining center, the error of process are also considered.

Abstract: Nowadays, peer-to-peer technology has provided users with cheap and powerful communicating facilities. However, P2P streaming system faces two challenges. Firstly, how to improve the poor Quality-of-Experience (QoE) in unpopular channel Secondly, how to select peers to contribute their resources for assisting the unpopular channel in order to balance channel resources This paper presents a cross-channel federation model to address these problems. The key idea is to identify a set of stable nodes in popular channel to assist the unpopular channel. These stable nodes, together with nodes in unpopular channel, are organized as mesh-based network, which facilitates the unpopular channel to enlarge the channel group and promote peer stability. This cross-channel federation model is evaluated through simulations. The results demonstrate its efficiency.

Abstract: According to the real dimension of the braking disc, the finite element modeling for three-dimensional transient cyclic symmetry during the long downhill braking is established. The distribution of the transient temperature field of the brake disc during the braking are analyzed. The variation of the friction factor combined with the temperature characteristics of the friction factor during the braking are analyzed. The analysis result show: During the braking, the temperature of the brake rises increasingly and reaches the top temperature of 316.04°C at the end of braking process, the high temperature section concentrates in the far area of the friction surface; The changes of the friction factor is relatively stable during the long downhill braking. There is no obvious thermal recession. (Abstract)

Abstract: Situation awareness is a kind of the third generation of information security technology, which aims to provide the global security views of the cyberspace for administrators. A framework of cyber security situation awareness based on data mining is proposed in this paper. The framework can be viewed from two perspectives, one is data flow, which presents the abstracting of cyber data, and the other one is logic view, which presents the procedure of situation awareness. The frameworks core component is correlation state machine, which is an extension of state machine. The correlation state machine is a data structure of achieving situation awareness, which is created based on the technology of data mining. After being created, it can be used to assess and predict the threat situation to achieve cyber knowledge. We conclude with an example of how the framework can be applied to real world to provide cyber security situation for administrators.

Abstract: In the process of tear the launch of weapon system, discharge voltage, capacitance, and the difference of Tear gas initial position, will affect the size of the tear gas exit velocity. In order to make the next step of the experiment platform ammunition exit velocity reach the expected target, we need to determine the appropriate size of those parameters. To a single induction coil launch unit as an example, using the Matlab software to establish the mathematical model of single stage induction coil launch unit, and then to the projectile export rate as the objective function, adopting axisymmetric coil magnetic field numerical calculation method and the differential equation of the forward difference method to solve the mathematical model to solve the problem, the simulation analysis of the discharge voltage, capacitance, and the Tear gas projectile from the initial position of the exit velocity, the influence of the discharge voltage, capacitance, and the Tear gas is obtained initial position relations with tear gas exit velocity curve, determine the size of the voltage, capacitance size, the size of the initial distance option.

Abstract: The method of least squares and second-order prediction model are applied to carry out the compensation for weighing error of weighing sensors and static nonlinear error of transmitters and other hardwares in concrete mixing plant , so as to improve the measurement precision and expand the measurement range.The result indicates that the automatic compensation module for drop improves the measurement precision of weighing system.

Abstract: In this paper, the flow distribution in sensitive element of nozzle array structure gyroscope is analyzed. Using ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD software, the finite element simulation is conducted by a series of procedures, such as two-dimensional model building of fluidic gyroscope, mesh, load applying and equation solving. The two-dimensional airflow distributions of nozzle array structure and normal structure gyroscopes are calculated. The results show that the highest velocity of nozzle array structure fluidic gyroscope is 0.71455m/s at the outlet, which is 47.6% of the nozzle velocity, and velocity is increased by 19.5% than the normal nozzle structure. By using nozzle array structure which can reduce velocity of vortex in sensitive cavity, promote airflow movement, increase temperatures changes and improve the sensitivity of fluidic gyroscope.

Abstract: in the hydraulic and pneumatic system, spool valve is the spool component which is widely used in various types of control valves. Generally, valve spool, use fluid pressures as control signals, regulates the opening and closing of the pipeline, the pressure and flow of the system automatically. The spool valves static and dynamic quality impacts the system performance greatly. Researching its characteristic has practical implications to improve the performance of related products and optimize the system design. This article aims at researching the influences, on the static and dynamic characteristics of the sliding spool valve, caused by different structural parameters, through mathematical modeling, computer simulation and experimental tests.

Abstract: For sake of researching PMSM nonlinear parameter of a drive system, a load test is designed to get input-output property under the condition of different load. The main parameters of machine are estimated by applying predicting-error algorithm, then the data sets are used to train four neural network parameter models. To validate the model simulation method is used to study the speed and torque response. The results show that the way can optimize parameters of machine effectively and can be utilized for on-line parameter identification and electric drives.
