Abstract: Traditional Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Tag Equipment has some problems like these: it is difficult to realize if the tag is kept out, destroyed, or taken away abnormally. It cant accurately judge where the area the tag had moved to is. Besides, it is difficult to distinguish the right of the tag in the Tag Management. To solve these issues, this paper serves with a method which is based on the Internet of Things (IOT). It mainly includes as the following: the tag is activated in the Controlled Area, the judgment of the tag access the Controlled Area, whether the tag exists in the Controlled Area or not. These methods can reform the problems that the Traditional RFID Tag Equipment has.

Abstract: Surface-Wave sustained plasma (SWP) source is a novel plasma source technology. It can generate large scale plasma at low pressure. SWP is fit for the plasma antennas because of exciting from one pole. The flat panel lamps are widely used in many fields. In this paper, a flat panel lamp is designed based on the Surface-Wave sustained plasma (SWP) source. The design blueprints are introduced and discussed. The design programs of single luminous surface and double luminous surfaces SWP flat panel lamps are introduced. The experimental apparatus is designed for the SWP flat panel lamps in the end.

Abstract: High-power light emitting diode (LED) develops greatly owing to its high energy efficiency, high color rendering and long life. However, it is important to design a secondary optical lens for the LED lamps to obtain a good output efficiency and light distribution pattern. The purpose of the secondary optical design for light emitting diode (LED) illumination is to rearrange the luminous flux output of LED and then achieve the desired luminous intensity distribution. In this paper, a polygon prism lens for street lamps was designed and the desired illumination was achieved. The design procedure of the polygon prism lens is presented. The simulation of the street lamps is implemented using Tracepro 7.0. The results show that the polygon prism lens can distribute the luminous flux accurately and reasonably. The luminous flux can be saved as much as possible and a rectangular distribution of luminous flux is attained.

Abstract: High brightness and high power light emitting diode (LED) based lamps have been identified as one of the solutions for energy saving light sources in illumination. Owing to its high energy efficiency, high color rendering and long life, LED lamps are promising. However, it is important to design a secondary optical lens for the LED lamps to obtain good output efficiency and a good light distribution pattern. In this paper, we proposed and developed a secondary optical lens design blueprint for LED stage lamps. A cone lens for stage lamps was designed and the desired illumination was achieved. The design procedure of the cone lens is presented. The simulation of the stage lamps is carried out in Tracepro 7.0. The results show that the cone lens can rearrange the luminous flux accurately and reasonably. A stage lamp with a uniform and circular luminous flux distribution is obtained.

Abstract: Our objective is to find a more exact treatment program in long-term treatment of lumbar facet osteoarthritis. We adopted a long-acting local anesthetic, hormone dubbed blocking solution, treated 34 patients suffered from lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis by blocking under C-arm X-ray machine perspective guidance. It was found that the puncture success rate reached 100%. The effective rate is (31/34) 91.2%. Followed-up for more than six months, 3 cases in 31 cases recured, and the recurrence rate was 3.2%. Complications of this method were only 2.94%. C-arm X-ray machine guided blocking treatment of lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis is economic, practical, conveniently operating and effective. It is an ideal treatment option for the treatment of lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis.

Abstract: The tissue samples of cisplatin-resistant and sensitive patients with osteosarcoma were obtained through chemosensitivity testing before. The typical one of cisplatin-resistant and sensitive osteosarcoma tissue samples were analyzed by two-dimensional electrophoresis and the relevant differentially expressed proteins were obtained. The sequences of differentially expressed proteins were obtained through the analysis of mass spectrometry technology to be identified comparing with protein databases. It is concluded that there are differentially expressed proteins in tissue of cisplatin-resistant and sensitive osteosarcoma.

Abstract: The chayidian mei P(almost not P) construction has two possible semantic truth-values, namely P and not P, for which reason the computer fails to identify the true value of its semantics by the conventional syntactic rules. Many methods with poor operability were deduced to identify the semantic truth-value, leaving many cases unable to be explained with these methods. This paper employs deductive method to demonstrate that the hearer identifies the semantic truth-value by comparing the occurrence possibilities of P and not P, providing an alternative for computer to automatically recognize the semantic truth-value of the construction.

Abstract: For the purpose of providing crops a health and safety growth, it is necessary that the early warning management system is well established. In this paper, the date management module of historical climate and disaster is designed, the monitoring information management module of current weather and disaster is designed, and the early warning management module of pest and disease is completed. The successful result of running system shows that the system can strengthen early warning of disasters and improve the level of information collection and rapid processing of disaster, and improve capability of emergency response to cope with disasters.

Abstract: Warship equipment diagnosis mechanism becomes more complicated with wide use of new technology. How to obtain the diagnosis result is a difficult problem in the field. According to the principle and shortage of traditional fault diagnosis, a new reasoning method was introduced for the warship equipment fault diagnosis, the method integrated the case-based reasoning (CBR), rule-based reasoning (RBR) and bayes-based reasoning (BBR), which can increase the systems flexibility and reasoning accuracy. The knowledge base, knowledge presentation and classification, reasoning process and reasoning realizations were mainly analyzed. The experiment shows that the reasoning method can provide a scientific basis for analysis and diagnosis of warship equipment.
