Abstract: With the rapid development of China's TD-SCDMA system, how to qualitative and quantitative to judge intelligent antenna electromagnetic radiation pollution is a problem to be solved. Due to the special working principle of smart antenna, the second generation communication system spectrometer and field intensity meter measurement method is a complicated and difficult to operate. This paper introduces a design suitable for TD smart antenna measurement system: this system can realize in single user or multiple users at the same time and the TD base station set up calls link of multi-point synchronous signal intensity measurement. The measurement results of our system are very close to the measurement results of spectrometer field intensitys and can reasonable reflect TD stations around the extent of the electromagnetic radiation. This method of our system is easy, cheap and maneuverable

Abstract: Cloud computing has become a very attractive paradigm because of its economic and operational benefits. However, most enterprise executives hesitate to use cloud computing system due to the security and privacy challenges. We recognize that it is very important that enterprises assess the security risk before transforming their traditional information services into the cloud. In this paper, we discuss the existing information security risk assessment solutions and approaches, analysis the security challenges of the cloud computing. We propose a useful information security risk assessment and management framework for cloud computing environments and discuss the specific implement of framework.

Abstract: This paper introduces the design and realization of the Multi-function Tower Crane Black Box, completes the main hardware module design and type selection. With ZigBee, it constructing wireless sensor network to collect the communication among nodes and the communication between nodes and the gateway, the lower PC adopts the IAR to complete the chip CC2430 programming. The application development tool for the upper PC is C51RF - WSN - DA300, and it gives part of the source code. The system parameters acquisition is accurate, the operation is stable, and the actual application effect is good.

Abstract: This paper designs a decentralized resource multi-agent system based on a novel reverse auction protocol. In the implementation of this multi-agent system, first the multi-attribute bids offered by the provider agents are calculated based on the users preference value function. Furthermore, an on-line reverse auction mechanism is provided to describe the on-line situation. I.e., the different grid resource provider agents arrive at different times and this mechanism is required to make an immediate decision about each bid as it is received. Numerous simulating experiments show that the proposed reverse auction method is effective in resource utilization and has better performance in user utility.

Abstract: The Web technology-based teaching management system combines teaching management with network technology, takes full advantage of the existing campus network resources, and improves the efficiency of teaching management. This paper makes an analysis from the perspective of system requirements, network architecture design, system function modules, as well as the key points of design, and provides the specific design method. The system realizes the online automated teaching management by using LAN technology and database technology, greatly optimizing the teaching management.

Abstract: The automatic weapons suffered the coupling load of in-bore pressure and temperature load during firing, which exerted a serious influence on the gun barrel life. Suppose the gun barrel was thick wall cylinders, the relations among the radial stress, tangential stress, longitudinal stress and equivalent stress in thick wall cylinders enduring interior pressure and temperature loads were analyzed by traditional analytic method, 2D finite element method (FEM) and 3D FEM respectively. Boundary effects of the stress field in thick wall cylinders were also analyzed. The obtained results showed that 3D FEM is suitable for the analysis on boundary effects, and the coupling stress could be designed and optimized by adjusting the interior pressure or temperature loads.

Abstract: Knowledge management as a kind of management culture revolution and management model innovation of enterprises has been accepted by numerous entrepreneurs. Besides, it has started to be a brand new research field in the library science circle. As the management and service departments of knowledge resources, university libraries should walk on the leading edge in promoting and applying the knowledge management and combine the practice, innovation and transmission of knowledge management with their workflow so as to generate huge value. On the basis of using the theories of enterprise knowledge management for reference and in combination with the characteristics of libraries, this paper defines the library knowledge management, analyzes the necessity of introducing knowledge management to university libraries, introduces the implementation tools of knowledge management and the definition and main functions of the knowledge management system, and finally establishes the knowledge management-based service model and its implementation steps for university libraries.

Abstract: The deep understanding of human-rifle interaction is not only crucial to improve the rifle firing accuracy, but also important for rifle design. In this paper, the construction of a biological coupling human-rifle model for standing posture was created using MSC.ADAMS and BRG.LifeMOD. Firstly, the rifle model was built by virtual prototyping technology based on the software of MSC.ADAMS. Secondly, the human model was generated in BRG.LifeMOD on the database of Human dimensions of Chinese adults. Finally, the simulation of human-rifle system was performed by the model, in which the interface between the human model and the rifle model was modeled using corresponding constraints. The feasibility of the application of biology mechanics model of three-dimensional digital human body to the researches of human-rifle system was explored, and it can provide the basis for the researches of human-rifle interaction and dynamic response of human-rifle system.

Abstract: Vibration energy harvesting has played a major role due to the almost universal presence of mechanical vibrations. It is demonstrated experimentally that a piezoceramic cantilever generator can be substantially enhanced by introducing a magnetic coupling force in this paper. The piezo-electromagnetic generator consists of a 44mm×20mm×0.7mm bimorph piezoelectric ceramic and two Φ8mm×4mm permanent magnets located at the tip of the beam. The greater bending deformation will be caused because of the permanent magnets and applied magnetic field. Then the generated charge is increased because it is proportional to the vibration amplitude of the tip of the beam. Experimental results show that the generated voltage enhances from 3.04V to 4V for the attractive force and changes from 3.04V to 3.78V for the repulsive force when the distance between the magnets is 20mm, increased by 31.6% and 24.3%, respectively. It also shows that the attractive force is better than the repulsive force from the view of enhancing the generation capacity. It proves that the method is effective for improving the output energy of the piezoelectric cantilever.
