Abstract: This paper is concerns with the study of model predictive control of continuous stirred-tank reactor (CSTR). Firstly, a nonlinear mechanical model is established for a typical CSTR. Based on mass balance and energy balance, a set of ordinary differential equations are derived. Then, the model is linearized at steady-state point to obtain state space model, which is used in model predictive control (MPC). Finally, MPC strategy is applied, controller parameters and process constrains are discussed.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of The Enterprise Stratagem Diagnostic ,the system based on Agent by investigation is proposed. This paper presents the Aglet which is used to develop Agent. It uses diversified mutual mechanism to integrative analysis, studying and implement on logical stratagem diagnostic. The paper concretely declares the Master-Slave design pattern which satisfies the system and the Itinerary which is the intelligent rout arithmetic. The Master-Slave design pattern which is favorable of system development advances the repetition of code. The Itinerary arithmetic promotes the security of system and implements the intelligent of Aglet.

Abstract: A three-dimensional grip force sensor with new elastomer structure is developed. By using the simulation of finite element method, the relationship between force and strain is analyzed, the characteristic values of the key points is extracted and the coupling performance between dimensions of grip force sensor is analyzed. The static calibration system is set up and the decoupling matrix of grip force sensor is obtained. Experimental results shows that the new type sensor can eliminate the coupling among the three dimensions effectively.

Abstract: by studying steelmaking-casting-rolling production process, a mathematical model of integrated batch planning is established innovatively to minimize processing costs of whole line and computed by an intelligent optimization ant algorithm. On the premise of utilizing and coordinating capacity of steelmaking and rolling, the mathematical model of integrated batch planning can create integrated batch planning to combine steelmaking-casting-rolling closely according to each process constraint conditions and optimization objective. Furthermore, another mathematical model of job scheduling based on heat process model is proposed to not only guarantee the logistics balance between continuous casting and hot rolling, but also acquire the highest ratio of DHCR and lowest energy consumption.

Abstract: In order to make more precise monitoring and automation of roadway, the paper presents a method based on computer vision. The first step is to get the edge information of marked points though image preprocessing, then calculate the planar coordinates of marked points and decode. The next is to set up the camera model to solve all the initial parameter and distortion coefficient of camera and initial marked points. Finally, the bundle-adjustment can refine all the camera parameter and the three-dimensional of marked points. Experience shows the method can achieve accurate three-dimensional information and make efficient adjustment about roadway deformation.

Abstract: This article introduces the protocol of network management, SNMP. Including network management modelthe development of SNMP and the choice of software packet. Using the free open net-snmp software packages, the article discusses the SNMP agents design scheme and the implement process based on Linux. Testing result illustrates that the module is able to monitor equipment remotely and efficiently, and the design method is practicable and instructive in other remote monitoring area with safety requirement.

Abstract: Routing and switching platforms are widely used in modern communication equipments, network management based on routing and switching platform has a significant meaning and a prospect of application. The article briefly describes the routing and switching platform ZebOS and the Simple Network Management Protocol SNMP, it explains the implementation method and workflow of SNMP network management used in routing and switching platform, and it realizes the configuration and management of routing exchange platform.

Abstract: This is a design based on the library temperature and humidity automatic measurement system and control system. Using modern information gathering techniques, computer data processing and control technology, through the choice of hardware devices and designing of software programs, it is feasible to achieve automatic detection of the library temperature and humidity parameters and control of air conditioning equipment. Demonstrated by engineering examples, the system structure is clear, stable and reliable. It has significantly improved the quality of preservation of books in the library, therefore, has a wide prospect in the field of library temperature and humidity control.

Abstract: In order to monitor the forest fire effectively and to reduce the loss caused by forest fire in North China areas, a forest fire monitoring system was designed. Based on satellite remote sensing data, GIS data and meteorological information, the system has functions such as processing of data, adjusting of forest fire index for judging hot spots, intelligent judging of hot spots, and analyzing of geographical information and weather condition of hot spots. Also fire information is issued on web and by short message service. The system makes the remote sensing monitoring of forest fire automatically.
