Abstract: The China Coast Guard vessels assume the search and rescue mission in Chinas coastal waters. Simulator training is an effective means to improve search and rescue efficiency. Through the analysis of the actual search and rescue process, a search and rescue training simulator is designed for the China Coast Guard vessels. The system structure, the search model, and the SART hardware simulation technology are introduced in the paper.

Abstract: Based on the load torque ratio, load / rated speed ratio, the temperature rise ratio and load / motor inertia ratio of servo motors optimization matching principle, servo motor selection mathematical model of transmission system in CNC machine tool is built, compared to traditional selection algorithm, which is using the actual duty cycle conditions to optimal matching and analyzing. Then motor models available to meet the maximum utilization of the servo system, achieve the purpose of improving motor performance and reduce costs. In this paper, by taking servo motor selection of three-axis transmission system in a CNC machine tools for example, horizontal, inclined and vertical transmission systems parameters selection and calculation are analyzed in detail. With the engineering test and motor control software, measure data is achieved, the reasonableness of the method in the paper is proved.

Abstract: Three-dimensional (3-D)finite element simulation models are conducted to simulate the in-serviceinspection of the axial stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in ferromagneticpipeline using remote field eddy current (RFEC) probes. In this paper, atypical remote field eddy current probe which is internal to and coaxial withthe pipe is firstly introduced. Then a 3-D finite element simulation model isestablished in ANSYS to analyze the detection of RFEC technology. Finally theRFEC signals are observed when changing the geometric parameters, and thedefinite influences of crack size on the amplitude and phase lag of REFCsignals are evaluated. The results of the investigations are beneficial to thedetection and sizing of SCC in pipelines

Abstract: A new technique was devised to deal with real-time fuel consumption measurement in internal-combustion engines, where fuel circulation flow is much larger than the consumption rate. With extensive experiments and error analysis method, the fuel mass flow measurement had been realized by a improved turbine flow sensor with temperature compensation. The real-time accurate fuel consumption measurement had been achieved through data processing and real flow parameter matching method. The results showed that the prototype measurement precision was 1.0 class, satisfying practical measurement requirements.

Abstract: With the prompt evolution of Internet, network identity management is getting more and more basilica. Personal network electronic identity associated in reality has been the significant and urgent task when online life becomes real. So this paper designs the network electronic identity management system architecture, and discusses the key technology of the system implementation including electronic identity generation and verification of electronic identity, and electronic identity state transition. The network electronic identity management system also has been primary implemented and achieved good effects in actual applications.

Abstract: Earthquake prediction is a difficult global scientific problem. As one aspect of the earthquake prediction, seismicity prediction and subsequent earthquake is also a big difficult of science problems. Analysis of the seismic sequence and the study of the main parameters (magnitude, radiation energy, apparent stress, seismic moment) and subsequent aftershocks is an important basis for prediction of seismicity and subsequent strong earthquakes. In this study, the relations between some of main shock parameters and the maximum aftershock are obtained based on association rules.

Abstract: In-orbit testing of Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) is an important index of monitoring in-oribit operation performance of the space optical remote sensors. How to grasp the change of remote sensor imaging system in operational process accurately concerns the use of remote sensing data reasonably and effectively. We analyse the knife-edge method for testing the principle of the MTF and the simulation algorithm, and tests the accuarcy of the algorithm. The analysis results demonstrate that the algorithm of this paper has higher precision for the calculation of MTF of in-oribit remote sensing image, and can resist noise effectively. Whats more, we focus on anlaysing the main factors of the precision of edge method influenced by edge fitting. The analysis results show that the edge data need to be interpolated non-parametrically when the edge is fitting.

Abstract: In order to improve the control capability of the power system voltage stability and to enhance spatial and temporal coordination of voltage control means, it is essential to establish the model of emergency voltage control that can globally mobilize reactive power support and voltage control potential. Focus on the long-term voltage stability of power system, the paper introduce nonlinear programming into emergency voltage control, settle the problem that how to establish the model of emergency voltage control. Based on detailed models of power system, the receding optimization model of long-term voltage stability control is established under framework of model predictive control. In order to improve the computational efficiency and reduce feedback delays, nonlinear programming sensitivity algorithm is proposed to solve receding optimization model. The proposed method can improve computational efficiency significantly which creates the condition for the emergency voltage control application to large-scale systems.

Abstract: To predict the performance of cooling tower used in air conditionings in variable operating conditions, a steady state model of cooling tower suitable for variable conditions simulation was built and tested. Comparison between the prediction value and the experimental value shows good agreement. The results show that this model is suitable for calculation of cooling capacity of cooling tower used in air conditionings at variable inlet temperature or mass flow rate of condensing water, and at variable inlet wet-bulb temperature or mass flow rate of cooling-air. This model is useful for simplifying performance test, equipment selection and running control.
