Abstract: Temporal planning is a broad research area in automated planning. In most real-world applications such as the problems of working procedures planning, many real planning problems often require the planning goals can be satisfied in shorter time and some temporal constraints should be satisfied in the planning answer. In this paper, the ant colony algorithm under the temporal constraints is presented which with the heuristic control rules and the evaluation tactics in the framework of the ant colony planning algorithm. The searching way of the algorithm has the character of global and parallel. And it has the ability of convergence acceleration in the solution searching.

Abstract: This paper studies the capacitated vehicle routing problem. According to the characteristics of model, fast tabu search algorithm is used to get the optimization solution from the overall situation. Firstly, it designs three operations for fastening the speed of convergence and efficiency. Finally, the good performance of this algorithm can be proved through a set of standard test problems.

Abstract: For a B/S based registration system, online photos collection is an important but difficult task, Because there are strict requirements of format that photos have to meet and the management of photos is complicated and likely to be in chaos if there is no good photo storage strategy. To solve those problems above, this paper presented an online photos collection component which contains two solutions: online-cam and local photo upload to allow candidates to submit photo online by themselves. First, it analyzed the principle and design process of flash based online-cam in detail, and then illustrated the implementation of both solutions proposed above. This component has already been used in several registration systems, and effectively simplifies staffs work and improves the quality of photos.

Abstract: Association rules mining technology is a new data processing technology. Its algorithm and application play a very important role in the library. Obtaining personalized information of readers effectively and automatically is the key to carry out individualized service of university library. By using association rules technology, the library mine transaction data generated in the process of library service. And it also can have an access to various types of readers' information demand model, thus can provide accurate service for readers.

Abstract: Cloud computing will bring great change for the function and application service of digital library. In this paper, combined with cloud computing technology, the cloud service platform of digital library is constructed, to give the digital library platform system model based on cloud computing, and then the digital library platform structure of model data layer, control layer and application layer is introduced in detail.

Abstract: With the application of semantic web technique and concept map theory, this paper constructs a personalized platform model based on semantic web, which is called digital library. The model consists of personalized module, information resource integration and process module, semantic analysis and process module, and query module. The function of each module is analyzed concretely.

Abstract: A modular approach of computer supported cooperative work system is proposed which based on the hierarchical structure characteristics of distributed cooperative system and the advanced component technology. The key of this approach is regarded the module as core to organize and manage cooperative objects and used the CORBA specifications as an interactive platform to achieve the object communication. The browser/server computing model is used in this approach to deal with remote heterogeneous cooperation problem and the mechanism of cooperation is separated so as to facilitate the application of a distributed cooperation environment for quick implementation. The goal is to provide an open framework for computer supported cooperative work system developers, which can support the implementation of distributed cooperative work to improve system development time. The modular approach of computer supported cooperative work system and its implementation has been achieved in the prototype system MCSCDS.

Abstract: To better reach the goal of education reform, the learning system is expanded and transplanted to the Android cell phone platform. Optimum proposal of setting up self-adaptive mobile learning activity mode on Android mobile platform is the focus of this paper. The key issue of the research is to design a kind of adaptive optimization algorithm for learning program. By analyzing the learning behavior of the students and evaluating the learning activity mode, self-adaptive optimization can be realized based on the result of systematic analysis. Compared with traditional mobile learning activity mode, learning activity efficiency is enhanced.

Abstract: The pitch adjusting rate (PAR) is an important parameter in harmony search algorithm, which indicates that the algorithm will choose a neighboring value with a probability. The traditional harmony search algorithm uses fixed value for PAR. However, PAR should be increased when all objective values are centralized and decreased when the function values are scattered in the solution space. In this paper, a new cloud harmony search algorithm (CHS) is proposed. We introduce cloud model theory to adjust the value PAR in the harmony search to improve the global search ability and make faster convergence speed of the algorithm. The improved harmony search algorithm is tested on some benchmark functions and the results are compared with the result of the traditional harmony search. Experimental results indicate that the improved harmony search algorithm has a good performance in the global search ability and convergent speed.
