A Research of 3D Industrial Land Information Management System Based on Stamp Platform – A Case Study of Jintan County

Article Preview

Abstract:

Facing the fact that industrial land has a large fraction of state-owned construction land, and the critical problem of the inefficient use of industrial land, it is of great realistic meaning to establish 3D Industrial Land Information System as an auxiliary tool for decision-makers to improve the level of economized and intensive land utilization. In this paper, DOM and DEM of Jintan County were used as background data to generate current 2D industrial land use data; combining with the data of building height, a 3D model was implemented dynamically through the Stamp 3D platform. In this system, land parcels were analyzed through factors like floor area ratio (FAR) and building density, and comprehensive information of land parcels could also be manifested in 3D scenes, thus help decision-makers to dispose the low-efficient industrial land.
