Conceiving on Construction for E-Government Purchasing Platform Based on Cloud Computing

Abstract:

In IT field, there is one kind of way to realize the resource sharing quickly, cheap, scientifically and dynamically, this is cloud computing. Various departments and organizations can easily realize the E-government purchasing function by employing the cloud computing, and the cost for construction and operating of E-government purchasing platform will sharply be reduced, the cloud computing will bring new technical revolution for E-government purchasing construction. The construction of E-government purchasing platform is proposed to be discussed in this paper based on cloud computing according to advantage of cold computing and in combination with the characteristic of government purchasing.
