Abstract: Highly efficient hydrogen-producing anaerobic microflora was enriched from anaerobic sludge obtained from a methane fermentation plant, with soluble starch as substrate. The effect of culture medium pH on hydrogen production capacity and microbial community was investigated using a batch reactor equipped with a pH controller. The optimal pH was 5.0, the hydrogen yield was 2.59 mol/mol-glucose, and the maximum hydrogen production rate was 123 mL/L-culture/h. Partial 16S rDNA sequencing placed the isolated strain within the Clostridiaceae family. When the isolated strain adhered to polymer resin, the change in free energy of interaction was negative, indicating that the bacteria-resin interaction is thermodynamically favorable, and that the strain will readily immobilize on the resin.

Abstract: This study compared the arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis of Leymus chinensis between meadow steppe and typical steppe in the West Ujimqin banner. Mycorrhizal colonization rate and number of rhizosphere spore of L. chinensis decreased from light to heavy grassland degradation in the both of steppes. The mycorrhizal colonization rate and rhizosphere spore number of L. chinensis decreased significantly at moderate-heavy degradation stages in meadow steppe, and the typical steppe occurred in light-moderate degradation stages. These results indicated that the mycorrhizal symbiotic patience of L. chinensis in typical steppe is lower than that of meadow steppe.

Abstract: Soil is known as green material with low carbon dioxide production emissions in comparison with another building material. In this research, soil combined to activator alkaline to produce hardening materials as eco-friendly to the environment. The alkaline with sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate and fly ash are used. Curing temperature ranging from 80, to 140 degrees Celsius and curing time from 4 to 10 hours are investigated. The results show the strength of geopolymer soil is depended on curing time, temperature and sodium hydroxide-sodium silicate ratio. On the influence of clay content, soil is replaced by sand ranging from 20 to 80%, shows suitable clay which is from 4.79-12.43% by weight.

Abstract: The light emitting diodes (LEDs) whose wavelength is ideal for plant growth, flowering, fruition. The optical signal carrying frequency information and energy information, the result of the interaction of the light signal with plant phytochrome and cryptochrome proteins promote the plant growth effect, with blue light energy to promote green leafy growth; red light to help fruition and to extend flowering period. Plant supplementary light is an international leading high-precision technology product in the use of semiconductor lighting principle, dedicated to the production of flowers and vegetables, with the desired spectrum of light that is suitable for plants, with red and blue LED light irradiation, which can not only promote their growth, increase production, but also change the structure of their nutrition, reduce pests and diseases, and reduce the utilization of agricultural chemical products, improve food security, reduce environmental pollution, and improve the quality of crops in Xingtai area.

Abstract: As a large energy consumption and pollutants emission department, power industry energy saving and emission reduction is of great significance for the community's overall energy consumption and pollutants emission control. As the main energy saving measures of the power industry, optimize the structure of power based on grid-connected renewable energy. Therefore, this article is based on energy distribution in China, considering load, electricity, resources, environmental pollution and the unit served, target is the total system power generation installed capacity and pollutant emissions at minimum costs, to construct generation resource planning optimization model under emission constraint, install generation capacity costs, running costs and the cost of pollutant emissions will be take into account, in order to make reasonable recommendations on power resource planning in China.

Abstract: The circulation of rural land in China's agriculture and rural development to a certain stage of the product, an effective improvement of the rural land system in the implementation of the present the household contract responsibility system on the basis of, is the realization of Urbanization, the breakthrough and the key of agricultural modernizatio. Economic driving force is the main reason of the circulation of agricultural land, policies and regulations and institutional change, labour force transfer, agricultural product price. The degree of Agricultural Mechanization, the degree of Agricultural Mechanization, comprehensive function of social culture, to promote the circulation of farmland. This paper uses the method of regression analysis, cause analysis of rural land circulation in China, in order to explore long-term mechanism of agricultural land transfer.

Abstract: Ferrate is a powerful oxidant and disinfectant that has been proposed for use in drinking water treatment for more than a decade. The main obstacles in the application are costs and stability. In water treatment, using wet oxidation method to prepare liquid ferrate can save production costs. Saturated ferric nitrate solution can get higher efficiency and productivity to generate ferrate. Water quality has no obvious effect on the productivity of ferrate. The optimum alkaline concentration is 10-13 mol/L. The reaction time and temperature affect the quality of liquid ferrate product. The larger the mole ratio of sodium hypochlorite to ferric nitrate is, the greater the productivity of ferrate is. The proportion of sodium hypochlorite to ferric nitrate should be adjusted appropriately.
