Abstract: The machining efficiency of conventional section plane method is low for complex mesh surface machining. An efficient method for tool path generation based on region intersection is proposed. The mesh surface is first divided into a series of intersection regions, then vertex curvatures in perpendicular directions of tool paths are estimated by local fitting method, and variable tool path intervals are computed according to the curvatures, scallop height and cutter radius, finally redundant cutter location points are removed according to machining precision. Experiment results indicate that tool paths generated by proposed method are avail to promote machining efficiency of complex mesh surface machining.

Abstract: To achieve cutting transport with air reverse circulation in dry and shallow large-diameter holes of rock-socketed pile, and to solve the technical problem with airlift and pump reverse circulation, a large-diameter reverse circulation bit innovatively designed based on ejecting. Meanwhile, the orthogonal design method applied to explore the application feasibility of ejector theory in use of in air reverse circulation drilling. Through theory analysis, three key geometry parameters of air reverse circulation bit have proved to have direct affect on the function of cutting transport, including the diameter of nozzles (Dn), the number of nozzles (N), the angle of inclination (θs). The results have shown that reverse circulation effect of large-diameter bit designed based on ejecting is valid and stable. Further while the air volume of GQF-16 hammer bit goes to 90m3/min, a configuration of parameters with Dn=20mm, N=3, θs=35°are the most ideal parameter combinations.

Abstract: The unconventional gas is the most available alternative fossil resource in China and coal bed methane is big part of it. The main characteristics of coal reservoirs are low permeability, thin formation and strong stress sensitivity. The multi-branch horizontal well is emerging technique for developing CMB and applied successfully in FanZhuang block etc. But a lot of problems need to be solved during production and drainage. Such as coal bed can easily collapse when formation pressure fall fast and strong sensitivity leads cheats system closing. In this paper the operation of CBM wells is discussed and optimized project of production drainage is presented to maximum the productivity of multi-branch horizontal well.

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of high feeding waste rate and low automated level which exist in the traditional feeding way, an automated feeding system for meat pigeon based on STM32 was designed. The system is suitable for three ladder cages. The modular design was utilized for the control system with STM32 being the control component, travel switch being the position detecting component and step motor being the dynamic component. The stroke control such as moving, stop and reversing was realized in automated feeding process, and meanwhile, the accuracy of the stroke control was ensured. The system is applicable to factory farming for meat pigeon with good stability.

Abstract: Studying the network communication between virtual instrument and MATLAB software, the multi-step lag self-tuning control system platform is established in LabVIEW compiler environment. The man-machine interface of self-tuning control system platform is built in LabVIEW, and the control strategy and algorithm is compiled in MATLAB software. Using the MATLAB-SCRIPT, the communication is established between LabVIEW software and MATLAB to data exchange. The experiment result of self-tuning control system platform show that the system has advantages of flexibility and reliability, which enhance the awareness of science and engineering design system for students, technicians and researcher.
