Abstract: According to consumer different preferences for new products and recycled products, considered on the differences in product demand, the recycling question of electronics manufacturers implementing EPR is studied in this paper. Firstly, the recovery rate of electronics manufacturers under the unconstraint of EPR is studied. Then, a reasonable recovery rate under the constraint of EPR is analyzed. The study shows that a reasonable recovery rate under the constraint of EPR should be constraints in the range between that electronics manufacturers actively implemented and forced to treat EPR. And the production costs is higher, the recycled goods costs is lower, and the waste products recycling difficulty is smaller, which reasonable recovery should be ordered greater. Finally, the policy and recommendations for implementation of EPR is given which EPR should be Implement sub-period phases and sub-enterprises.

Abstract: Proceeding from the present research of e-commerce and the tertiary industry, setting Fujian Province as an example, conduct econometric analysis and synthesize data report to make research on the promoting role of e-commerce on the tertiary industry of Fujian Province and explore the optimization path of the regional tertiary industry from e-commerce perspective.

Abstract: In recent years, the rapid development of logistics has become the driving force of the construction of Logistics Information Platforms, nevertheless, most of which are still underdeveloped, especially the charging and pricing mechanism of the platform is inadequate. Based on the bargain method of the game theory, this essay will build a pricing model and conduct a three-round bargaining reverse regression calculation towards logistics software customized services, resulting in its optimal pricing strategy. Taking National Transport Logistics Public Information Platform as the analyzing example, this essay provides theoretical support for the optimal pricing strategy of logistics software customized services.

Abstract: the optimal solution of weights can be solved through the mathematical programming model. The precision of weapon estimating can be improved via substitution of the solution for the subjective or objective weights which are regularly used in system estimate methods.

Abstract: The quantum dot intermediate band solar cell is a theoretical concept with the potential for exceeding the conversion efficiency of conventional single-gap solar cells. This paper focuses on summarizing the present status of quantum dot intermediate band solar cell. From the introduction of the concept, it hasnt been realized. Some theoretical proposals and suitable material systems have been investigated to improve the actual conversion efficiency. It seems that there is still a long but bright way to go in this field.

Abstract: The structure dimensions and the interactions of new product development performance have stimulated debate lasting many years. To synthesize accumulating research findings, meta-analytic structural equation modeling was employed. Product advantage, time efficiency, cost efficiency and product success were used to measure the performance based on past literature. The correlation matrix of four performance variables was included in the meta-analysis based on 44 studies. The results of structural equations modeling show that the one-factor model is proposed as best-fitting alternative model of NPD performance, and the internal performance including product advantage, time and cost efficiency variables are positively associated with external performance.

Abstract: In order to quantifying human factor initial risk level in drilling process, the types of work activities involved in drilling were identified, the major accident risk types of human errors were selected, the probability and severity levels of risks associated with each activity were quantified, and the human factor risk level of major work activities involved in drilling process were calculated. Quantitative results show that the relatively highest risk types during drilling process are struck by object (risk value is 3.9171 S/w-h), injury by machine (risk value is 2.8916 S/w-h), overexertion (risk value is 1.5091 S/w-h), etc. Contrarily, the relatively lowest risk types are exposure to harmful substances or environments (0.7379 S/w-h), fire and explosion (0.2750S/w-h), and othersi0.2261 S/w-h), etc. The relatively highest risk activities are associated with penetration drilling (risk value is 2.7475S/w-h), trip in and out (risk value is 2.0206 S/w-h), and hoisting and lifting operation (risk value is 1.7064 S/w-h), etc. Contrarily, the relatively lowest risk activities are auxiliary operations (risk value is 0.3706S/w-h), well logging and mud logging (risk value is 0.2059 S/w-h), equipment inspection and maintenance (risk value is 0.1510 S/w-h), etc. The total risk value of all main drilling activities is 11.3947 S/w-h.
