Abstract: In fuzzy learning system based on rule weight, certainty grade, denoted by membership function of fuzzy set, defines how close a rule to a classification. In this system, several rules can correspond to same classification. But it cannot reflect the changing while training several tasks simultaneously. In this paper, we propose multitask fuzzy learning based on error-correction, and define belonging grade to show how much a sample belongs to a rule. Experimental results demonstrate efficiency of multitask fuzzy learning, and multitask learning could help to improve learning machines prediction.

Abstract: A method was proposed selecting the location of SVC, considering the power system with large wind farms interconnected. The location can be determined by risk index, which comprises credibility and global severity, and static load margin simultaneously. The method could consider the weak links and buses under both fault and normal conditions thus make better contribution to the system security. Case study shows that the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method, comparing with the usual one.

Abstract: This paper researched the post management on line loss management in power system. As while, This article studied the characters of the line loss management in power system depend on the practical experiences. it would pose a new problem to address the regulatory lacunae revealed by post management department. Meanwhile, The article established a optimal model to restrict the working time of the manager which is so-called post rotation cycle. And then, the paper gave out the further discussion about the model, and the model proved to be reliable and practical. It is of great value to probe into how to efficiently utilize management resources to improve corporation management ability and level and achieve the advanced goals.

Abstract: This paper discusses the origin and baseline of information architecture in the Internet of Things with its modeling and structures in system and customer views. It also explores the differences and highlights several ways to sort information into groups of extreme value, some value and useless. Finally, an architecting model and the method to process information are shown to depict the structure of the Internet of Things.

Abstract: With the development of networking technology and cloud computing technology, low-cost, high level of general practitioners of public health services and basic health service support, as well as the effective supervision of the centralized management and control of public health and primary health care can be achieved. A health cloud service system based on Internet of Things is provided, which is divided into six modules. The system can be used to subordinate all hospitals and medical institutions to provide hospital management and health of residents file management application services using a mobile terminal to collect community and clinical health data entry, upload the community, the region's public medical health data.

Abstract: Cloud manufacturing is a new kind of advanced service-oriented network manufacturing paradigm. There are two kinds of nodes in this network manufacturing environment: manufacturing service nodes (service providers) encapsulated by manufacturing resources and task nodes (service customers). One of the bases of building up the collaborative relationships between customers and providers in cloud manufacturing environment is their reciprocal trust. However, vicious, mendacious, and inveracious information makes it quite difficult for customers to find reliable and high-quality providers to form virtual manufacturing systems for efficiently responding to market demands in cloud manufacturing environment, viz. service consumers often have insufficient information on service providers. The trustworthy network manufacturing environment is a prerequisite to implementation of cloud manufacturing. In this paper the notion of human trust is extended to the cloud manufacturing. A computational trust model which combines the direct computational reliability and the computational reputation is presented, and the simulating result confirms it valid.

Abstract: Focus on poor dynamic of magnetic levitation control,the maglev real-time information display system was designed.This system was made of magnetic base,STM32 controller,maglev display.Aim at defects and poor of the suspension stability control and anti-disturbance ability,bulid the model of the system,the fuzzy PID integrated control solution was implemented in STM32 controller,to achieve control of magnetic screen.And give control system hardware construct and software flow. Experimental testing results show that the system has good stability and dynamic performance.

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the related concepts of Internet of things (IOT). The applications based IOT is focus on the solution of testing alcohol when drunk driving. The design of smart alcohol testing system based on the IOT is proposed. The topology of the system is given. In the end, it shows deeply Smart Alcohol Testing system is the urgency of industry development wherever from personal, public service and the government needs. It can provide the better services of alcohol testing.

Abstract: In order to realize rapid design for Beverage-Packaging production line, a Beverage-Packaging production line rapid layout system framework was constructed, and a Beverage-Packaging production line integrated model framework was proposed. A design process model for Beverage-Packaging production line was studied. Key technologies were discussed, including machine layout location, buffer settings and conveying line calculation, etc. Finally, the proposed theory and technologies were realized in the prototype software system, and the system was applied in a Beverage-Packaging production line manufacturer.
