Abstract: This research is regarding the optimized tourism destination selection when tourists choose tourist products or travel destinations. This study adopts the method of Incomplete Linguistic Preference Relations to simplify calculation and speed up the process of comparison and selection of alternative. This method considers only judgments, whereas the tradition analytic hierarchy approach (AHP) takes judgments in a preference matrix with n elements to establish a complete preference relation decision making matrix. According to the importance weights of evaluationcriteria, C was the optimize tourism destination.

Abstract: The application of cloud computing technology provides a new idea to the development of mobile learning. The applications based on cloud computing is focus on the solution of music appreciation class in the paper. The design of mobile learning system for music appreciation class based on cloud computing is proposed and the related concepts of cloud computing is briefly introduced. The topology of the system is given. In the end, it shows deeply mobile learning system class based on cloud computing is the urgency of education development. It can provide the better services of music appreciation class.

Abstract: There are a lot of data in the real life showed by the form of multimedia data. But the vast majority of data mining tools are developed for the relational database. Therefore it is necessary to introduce the service in multimedia data mining and multimedia data mining technology to improve service quality and level of knowledge. Multimedia data mining and knowledge services are introduced and multimedia data mining process is given. Meanwhile, multimedia data mining system prototype framework is proposed. In the end multimedia data mining application in the knowledge services is discussed.

Abstract: Wind energy is very abundant in Hexi Corridor, and inspired by government policy impetus to build “the Three Gorges on land”, total installed capacity in Hexi grid has increased sharply, and Jiuquan wind power base will become the biggest connecting wind farms in the world. However, Hexi grid has a weak grid configuration, therefore, issues such as insufficient reactive power, transient stability change, and local grid voltage level decreasing could emerge with large scale wind power integration. It’s very necessary to input SVC to implement dynamic reactive power compensation, which is helpful for improving voltage stability. This paper introduces the basic principle of SVC and SVC’s working state in three situation. Then models and simulates the effect of SVC on Gansu Hexi grid static load margin by BPA. At last, proves SVC can improve static load margin.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet, and surge in the amount of information on the Internet, how to accurately and quickly get the information of the users really need, such as the title, links, and pictures, is the hotspot. This paper proposed a fast web information extraction method based on html parser, this paper validated the effect of the proposed method by extracting commodities information of e-commerce website, the results show that the accuracy of the information extraction by our method is higher than the extraction method based on regular expressions, and the extraction time is greatly shortened.

Abstract: The proportion of Non-structured data in total amount is much more than that of structured data. But the research on the method of processing and analyzing non-structured data is not as deep as that on structured data. This paper illustrates the importance of the research on non-structured data. Then from the angle of digital investigation, it illustrates the key techniques of its processing and analyzing ways. And it combines the self-developed Intelligent Analyzing System of Mass Case Information and the background of handling the online ball gambling in Chinese mainland, it illustrates in detail the specific application of non-structured data processing and analyzing in digital investigation.

Abstract: Through CUDA-C to make parallel operation for generating small balls’ datas and render for balls combined with OpenGL interoperating. Compared with the experiment which generates balls only by OpenGL, the experimental results show that the CUDA has considerable advantages in parallel operation and the speed increased 6 to 7 times than simply using OpenGL.

Abstract: Concept lattice is the core data structure of formal concept analysis and represents the order relationship between the concepts iconically. Feature selection has been the focus of research in machine learning.And feature selection has been shown very effective in removing irrelevant and redundant features,also increasing efficiency in learning process and obtaining more intelligible learned results.This paper proposes a new briefest feature subset selection algorithm based on preference attribute on the basis of study of concept lattice theory. User can put forward a preference attribute according to their subjective experiences, all the briefest feature subsets containing the given attribute can be discovered by the algorithm. It firstly find some special concept pairs and calculate their waned-value hypergraph, then obtain the minimal transversal of the hypergraph as a result. A practical example proves the method is cogent and effective.

Abstract: A two-colored directed digraph D is primitive if and only if there exist nonnegative integers h and k with h+k>0 such that for each pair (i,j) of vertices there is a (h,k)-walk in D from i to j. The exponent of the primitive two-colored digraph D is defined to be the smallest value of h+k over all suchand . With the knowledge of graph theory, a class of two-colored digraphs with two cycles whose uncolored digraph has 3n vertices and consists of one (2n+1)-cycle and one n-cycle is considered.The exponent bound, exponent set and characteristic of extral two-colored digraphs are given.

Abstract: This paper compares different levels of database normalization process in terms of anomalies removal and storage reduction. Several databases have been normalized up to Third Normal Form (1NF, 2NF and 3NF) in order to investigate the influence of the normalization on the database performance. They are implemented separately with different database systems such as MS Access, SQL Server and Oracle. The percentage of storage reduction and data anomalies are investigated for every normal form and database system. The results show that the data storage is significantly reduced over unnormalized database, approximately between 20 to 30% for 1NF flattening tables and 1NF decomposing table, and between (15% - 22%) and (9% - 22%) for 2NF and 3NF, respectively. The removal of the majority of anomalies is observed in the first normal form while fewer anomalies are removed in the next higher normal forms. For the same database implemented, the comparison between three different database systems shows approximately the same results with slight differences. These differences may be due to the nature, the size of the constraints and metadata on each database system.
