Abstract: By using resampling methods this article processed the data of the four existing airlines safety Circumstances into 20 airlines, which are generated randomly and analog ground by using the Matlab software. Based on the data safety evaluation on the safety risk of the real existence four airlines of A, B, C and D are analyzed by using the method of factor analysis from the 20 airlines, and made and evaluated the airline security indicators. It can give the probable cause about airlines to determine their own unsafe facts through the evaluation results, and to find ways to improve.

Abstract: Business process management (BPM) is considered to be an effective way to improve their business agility for the enterprises. But after analysis, it found that the existing BPM system has been difficult to meet the needs of enterprises development. It analyzed the theory and technology of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and BPM, and presented the BPM system solution based on SOA. Finally, it took case with a process improvement, which described the process of implementing a BPM system based on SOA. Practice has proved that the combination of SOA and BPM can greatly improve the business agility.

Abstract: With the trend of modernized management, the line loss management is becoming more and more professional and particularized. But, due to large potential economic interests in distribution network, some line loss management personnel are lured by economics interests and not easy to keep clean and honest. In the power system, one is to make the line loss index called the manager, the other is to check the actual line loss called the executor. Due to superior technical and management weakness in the line loss management, there exists prevailing information asymmetry between the managers and the executors. Therefore, some economic crime on some critical posts will arise, and this will harm public interest. So, it is critical to balance the interest distribution between the managers and the executors based on the line loss management in distribution network. The article created the differential equation model by taking advantage of ecological niches theory to research the game between the managers and the executors in the interest chain of the distribution network. By analyzing, the model has proved the reliability of the interest balance between the players in the line loss management. And then, a simulation model were given out. The conclusions are contributed to the line loss managerial department.

Abstract: In order to resolve the gap in domestic Edible agricultural products safety supervising and decline the probability of Edible agricultural products accidents, this paper puts forward seamless theory and related information sharing theory to construct information sharing platform for seamless supervising of Edible agricultural products safety. Firstly, analyzes the significance of domestic Edible agricultural products safety and the current study situation of Edible agricultural products information platform. Through the analysis of the responsibilities of Edible agricultural products safety supervising department and according to the characteristics of seamless theory and the requirements of information sharing, puts forward the targets and contents of constructing information sharing platform for seamless supervising of Edible agricultural products safety, and designed the functional module and service items of information sharing platform for seamless supervising of Edible agricultural products safety.

Abstract: Based on an analysis of the operational levels and characteristics of circular economy, the present thesis aims to explore the development of energy management in iron and steel enterprises on enterprise, regional and social levels. Under the guidance of circular economy, the energy management in iron and steel enterprises is in line with the environmental requirement and energy recycling, and is beneficial to improve energy efficiency, decrease cost and achieve sustainable development.

Abstract: This study applies the Incomplete Linguistic Preference Relations (InLinPreRa) analytical framework to measuring the satisfaction of Assistive Input Devices (AID) for disabled people implementation as well as to verify the feasibility of this proposed approach. The main objective of this study is helping the organizations become aware of the essential factors affecting the AIDs for disabled people, and identifying the actions necessary before implementing AIDs for disabled people. Then predicted success/failure values are obtained to enable organizations to decide whether to initiate AIDs for disabled people, inhibit adoption or take remedial actions to increase the possibility of a satisfaction AIDs for disabled people.

Abstract: This paper started with the review of the evolvement of industrial engineering and illustrated the new problems encountered in modern industrial engineering. By using the Seven Elements Pyramid Model in the new generation of value engineering, researchers and practitioners are able to discover the sources and processes of value generation. Moreover, since human resource is an indispensible part of value engineering, we find it is in great need of new research methods to study workers’ physiological and psychological status in the course of work. Therefore, neuroscience methods are introduced into the modern industrial engineering, creating the new field of Neural Industrial Engineering (NeuroIE).

Abstract: In order to discuss the bullwhip effect in the supply chain with several dealers, a four-level supply chain model is developed based on system dynamics. Through the use of dynamic simulation, the bullwhip effect was evaluated based on several factors such as return proportion, direct utilization proportion of recycling products and sales plan of each dealer. Experimental results show that a higher return proportion and a more direct utilization of recycled products can mitigate the bullwhip effect. Moreover, different sales plan of each dealer has various degrees of influence on the bullwhip effect.

Abstract: As the repaid development mobile phone and mobile internet, the mobile phone is considered as the import interface between brands and consumers by managers. Mobile advertising, Mobile advertising, which is defined as any form of marketing, advertising or sales promotion activity aimed at consumers and conducted over a mobile channel, is becoming the new promising marketing channel. Mobile advertising is getting more and more sophisticated. Thus, how to apply mobile advertising to increase advertising effect is an important challenge for CMOs. To help the CMO to understand the mobile advertising, this paper reviewed recent advances in mobile advertising researches.
