Abstract: Feature extraction is very difficult for handwritten Chinese character because of large Chinese characters set, complex structure and very large shape variations. The recognition rate by currently used feature extraction methods is far from the requirements of the people. For this problem, a new supervised independent component analysis (SICA) algorithm based on J-divergence entropy is proposed for feature extraction, which can measure the difference between different categories. The scheme takes full advantage of good extraction local features capability and powerful capability to handle data with non-Gaussian distribution by ICA, and the extracted feature component and classification can be tightly combined. The experiments show that the feature extraction method based on SICA is superior to that of gradient-based and that of ICA.

Abstract: A extraction method of joint feature in spectrum/spatial is proposed for multispectral images. By using a feature vector contains both spectral and texture attributes in spatial, the residential integrated spectral and texture information could be extracted with SRG method. The results implicate the better effect of this method in the residential extraction.

Abstract: Giving each hydraulic prop sets of the only equipment number is a problem of the management of coal mining equipments, the article has presented a method of using RFID technology to affix with a electronic tag for each hydraulic prop, through theoretical analysis and experimental research, basing on the equipment identification and identification distance reliability, confirm that the low frequency RFID electronic tags can be used as a hydraulic prop, and design the installation method of the hydraulic prop RFID chip. The paper also uses the C language compiled a RFID chips identification and transmission program, and use the RFID application system in the actual equipments leasing management information system.

Abstract: Modern logistics management system brings a significant convenience to commercial activities and our life. Whereas low efficiency and frequent mistakes exert negative influence on the development of logistics industry. The problems exist in the process of logistics management that includes collection, sorting, storing and tracking. RFID technology is of great importance to intelligent logistics management system. This will have a good prospects in railway package management. On the basis of the RFID technology and the proposed problems, a well-performed Railway Package Information Management Platform is proposed. This platform can provide fast, high efficient, intelligent, safe and stable solutions. The Platform consists of five systems, which are handhold terminal system, sorting system, warehouse management system, tracking system and Railway Package information management system respectively. Implementation on the platform shows that it not only reduces package transportation cycle, but it also improves the stability and safety for the logistics management system. Multiple verification demonstrates that the proposed platform has a very good practicality.

Abstract: This paper presents a new method for optimizing energy consumption of wireless network. This new method tries to keep the energy consumption of the whole network while balancing the energy consumption of each node. In particular, we focus on the routing method to shorten the transmission path for reducing the energy path loss. We perform this by introducing an appropriate fitness function with the Genetic Algorithm. This fitness function is designed in a dedicate way so that the energy consumption minimization and energy consumption balance between nodes could be fulfilled simultaneously. Simulations validate that the proposed method could keep energy consumption and balance the energy consumption simultaneously to a better extent.

Abstract: Global positioning system multipath estimation is important for both high precision positioning and reflection applications. The paper aims at proposing a method for estimating multipath parameters including carrier phases with good SNR adaptation performance utilizing adaptive filters. The method takes the signal after demodulation and spectrum dispreading for the desired signal. It is found to have a desired signal with relatively higher SNR so that the filtering performance is relatively better than previously proposed method; whats more, the method could estimate multipath code delay preferable to carrier phase ambiguity problem. Simulations validate the method can estimate multipath profile including amplitudes, code delay and carrier phases of direct path and multipath signals with small errors of 2% correct amplitude, smaller than one sampling interval code delay and 0.01 cycles carrier phase at 11dB SNR. The multipath mitigation performance of the method is better than that of narrow correlator.

Abstract: This paper first analyzes the transmission characteristics of low-voltage power line channels with the focus on the study of carrier modulation technology regarding the power line communication part, then proposes the orthogonal frequency division multiplexing technology that serves for the digital communication of family network power line communication gateways, analyzes the OFDM system principle, actulizes OFDM modulation and demodulation through discrete Fourier transform (DFT) and inverse discrete Fourier transform (IDFT), and build the OFDM simulation model. Finally, a specific plan of using power lines as the family network transmission media is proposed.

Abstract: In this paper, the design, optimization and equivalent circuit model for a K-band capacitive RF MEMS switch are presented. The fixed-fixed switch is designed with folded structures on the high-resistance silicon substrate, by using gold as the beam and silicon nitride as the dielectric layer. The resulting switch working on 25.2GHz exhibits the performance with insertion loss less than 0.20dB, isolation more than 40dB and the drive voltage less than 16V by simulation.

Abstract: The wavelet threshold de-noising is widely used in the field of signal processing. According to the problems that there are heavy workloads and long time-consuming, when the control coefficient of improved threshold de-noising method is tuned parameter with the traditional optimization method, the numerical analysis is used to parameter optimization, and makes the SNR as a performance indicator to find the optimal control parameter. Experimental results show that the numerical analysis is more quickly than the traditional optimization method to find the optimal parameter and carries out a high-quality signal after de-noising; besides, the dichotomy is less iteration times and more quickly than the golden section method in optimization of control parameters.

Abstract: In HD Radio (Hybrid Digital Radio), the spectra of analog FM and digital signal are combined in a fixed way. However, the bandwidth of FM varies dynamically, which result in the insufficient utilization of spectrum in HD Radio. This paper analyzes the effect of different parameters on dynamic spectrum access scheme in HD Radio. The scheme extends the digital spectrum after detecting the spare spectrum of analog signal. Moreover, the analog signal is maintained a stable quality grade by employing an evaluation measurePEAQ (Perceptual Evaluation of Audio Quality). Simulation results of four programs show that the saved bandwidth of the scheme will achieve average 15 kHz with 42.7 (ms) of frames and dynamic digital spectrum.
