Abstract: Runway operations planning as the main runway operation tactical planning tool, its performance affects a variety of operational activites safety and efficiency of airport and terminal area. In order to reduce the take-off delay, this paper proposed a runway scheduling model based on multi-objective for airplane takeoff scheduling optimization. The experiment shows that compared with the algorithm of first come first serve, the new model has better runway throughout, less delay and less cost.

Abstract: With wavelet function introduced to improve least square support vector machine kernel function and the wavelet least square support vector machine (WLSSVM) improved using particle swarm optimization (PSO), PSO-WLSSVM for traffic flow prediction is proposed. PSO-WLSSVM inherits good time and frequency domain distinguishing ability from wavelet transform, and the nonlinear learning performance from LSSVM; PSO is used to conduct global optimum search of super parameters so that the blindness of human selection could be avoid. Thus the accuracy of model predictions is improved. The simulation result shows that the forecasted traffic flow of PSO-WLSSVM are in good agreement with the measured value, and the forecasting precision of PSO-WLSSVM than the traditional LSSVM, thus indicating that the PSO-WLSSVM is feasible and precise and can be well applied to the forecast of traffic flow.

Abstract: Tunnel monitoring and measurement is a very important part of the tunnel construction's safety,monitoring technology and information management technology is directly related to the tunnel construction's safety and quality, Although domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on tunnel monitoring measurement technology and information management technology,because of the characteristics of invisibility, uncertainty and variability in tunneling, the level of the monitoring technology and information management are far from construction's requirements.This paper based on ACCESS and GTS, researching and developing automatic warning system of tunnel monitoring,and realizing the information management and early warning forecast of tunnel monitoring measurement data. Engineering practice shows that the system can processing and analyzingthe data fast, convenient and real-time , realize automatic early warning forecast, and provide reliable basis for information construction management of tunneling

Abstract: Tunnel monitoring and measurement is a very important part of the tunnel construction safety andit is one of the important contents of tunnels on Railway Passenger Dedicated Lines segment acceptance, Its purpose is through the tunnel clearance convergence and settlement observation,to analysis data, optimize tunnel construction and design, and determine a reasonable safety step and support time, protect tunnel construction and operational safety, Although the domestic and foreign on tunnel monitoring measurement work are very seriously, but at present the requirements of monitoring level and information construction are far away. This article based on 3D laser scanning technology, proposed tunnel 3D laser scanning measurement and data visualization technology, through the engineering application and practice, the results show that the technique can be real-time, accurate and comprehensive to get the deformation data of tunnel space,and can analysis and counter-analysis the deformation of tunnel construction, it has greatapplication value of engineering for early warning forecast the risk and guidingtunnel construction.

Abstract: In order to achieve the application of emulsified fuel oil on the marine,our discussion group developed a set of heavy fuel oil intelligent online emulsifying equipment tested on G6300ZC18B diesel of the ship Ningda "6". And the experimental result shows that, when water mixing ratio ranged from 16% to 24%, emulsification reached good level to apply as marine fuel. When burning emulsified fuel oil, the explosive pressure of diesel engine fluctuated in the range of 1-2Mpa, the exhaust temperature decreased 12°Cand the outlet temperature of cooling water declined slightly, but all the parameters above are in the normal range. The oil consumption decreased by 9.7% and the emission of NOX ,carbon smoke ,and CO reduced by 19.6%,20%,35% respectively.

Abstract: One dimensional dynamic performance model of submarine diesel exhaust deballasting system is developed. Cross section of outer shell of ballast tank is described as cylinder, one dimensional flow equations combined with webie combustion model and woschni heat transfer model are employed to describe diesels flow characteristic. Coupled effect between gas pressure in ballast tank and discharging performance of diesel is considered in the presenting model. Deballasting duration for one certain submarine model is calculated using the developed model, and the result agrees well with that obtained by using Chinese state code for submarine low pressure system design. For different cross section tank models as circular section model, parabolic section model and trapezoidal section model, dynamic performance of diesel exhaust deballasting system is studied using the validated model. Gas pressure in tank, dropping speed of tank water surface and draft of submarine are simulated, and the results show that little difference of deballasting duration is caused by changing tank cross section. The most stable deballasting process is achieved by using a circular section tank. Deballsting performance is also studied as tonnage of submarine and volume of ballast tank change and commonsense conclusions are obtained.

Abstract: Motor vehicle speed is a risk factor contributing to many road accidents which result in significant social and economic costs. Although a review of previous research shows that the literature is extensive on the impact of speed on traffic safety, the majority of previous researches mainly focused on rural roads while rarely on urban roads. It is crucial that the relationship between speed and road collisions should be investigated in urban areas because of the fact that a high ratio of collisions is occurred on urban roads. The objective of this study is to examine the influence of motor vehicle speed on road collisions on urban road sections. This objective is achieved by developing collision prediction models which quantitatively correlate collision frequency to speed characteristics. It is found that both mean speed and speed standard deviation are positively related to collision frequency. Both of them are risk factors in traffic safety.

Abstract: This paper investigates the feasibility of MA600 reduced-power take-off by finding the necessary conditions which reduced-power take-off must satisfy based on the performance characteristics and actual flight data of MA600 turboprop aircraft. Finally, we come to the conclusion that reduced-power take-off of MA600 aircraft can be achieved.

Abstract: based on the relationship between speed and density according to the classification criteria of freeway service level when the design speed is 80km/h in Highway capacity manual, the method of microscopic traffic flow simulation supported by VISSIM software is adopted, such that, in the situation the capacity and desired speed are guaranteed to be consistent with the reality, the proposed values of the length of work zone under different traffic composition and traffic volume are given in the condition that a 2-way-8-lane freeway is half closed for construction with 2-way-4-lane being left open for traffic.

Abstract: According to the international electrotechnical commission issued IEC61000-4-2 testing standards, through the electrostatic discharge current waveform characteristics analysis and numerical experiment method, using exponential pulse signal and the damped sinusoidal signal to construct a new the ESD current expression. Using Laplace transform, established the ESD system mathematical model. According to the mathematical model, construct four-order circuit model of the ESD system, and the simulation is carried out. The simulation results meet the IEC61000-4-2 standard, and verify the consistency of the ESD current expression, the mathematical model and the circuit model.
