Abstract: These are days in which words such as CO2 emissions, global warming, depletion of raw materials, climate change, etc. are terms that mean environmental and social concern to be solved for the whole world community. Nowadays, through a systemic planned management is luckily possible to improve, albeit in part, environmental criticisms in particular by acting on the efficiency of logistics flows of materials (input) of business processes. The positive benefits of systemic acting/thinking/designing are given substance thanks to a greater traceability of materials and packaging components and their suppliers, as well as a higher quality of the entire supply-chain and a significant reduction of CO2 emissions and logistics costs. The systemic methodology (here presented via a specific case study: an Italian zootechnical firm) promotes precisely this kind of management by creating new networks in which local companies/suppliers, geographically close one another, work together to achieve economic and environmental benefits both immediate and tangible. In the end, by putting into practice the systemic methodology, it is also fostered the best use of resources already on site and the promotion of the local economy by exploiting territorial potentialities.

Abstract: Magnetic ellipsoid tracking problem is characterized by high nonlinearity. In this study, the determination of target position, magnetic moment, and velocity is formulated as a Bayesian estimation problem for dynamic systems, a recursive approach is proposed to estimate the trajectory and magnetic moment component of the target using data collected with a magnetic gradiometer tensor. Particle filter provides a solution to this problem. In addition to the conventional particle filter, the proposed tracking and classification algorithm uses Gaussian mixed mode to represent the posterior state density of the unknown parameters, which is named as Gaussian mixture sigma point particle filters(GMSPPF). The performance of the proposed method has been evaluated through simulation experiment. The results indicate that the method has achieved the magnetic ellipsoid tracking and GMSPPF has better estimation performance and less computational complexity than other related algorithms.

Abstract: In order to improve equalization performance of higher-order non-constant modulus signals, adaptive minimum entropy super-exponential iteration blind equalization algorithm based on quantum artificial fish swarm optimization was proposed. The proposed algorithm can accelerate convergence rate via super-exponential iteration algorithm and decease mean square error (MSE) further via quantum artificial fish swarm algorithm. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has different equalization performance to the different modulation systems and can speed up convergence rate and decrease state MSE.

Abstract: This paper proposes a new detector for impulse noise filter on switch scheme. We construct the detector by using two kind of information: the closeness and volatility of intensities of local pixels. The simulation results of noise detecting with gray level images show that the proposed detector has a better performance than other detectors with high correct rate and low misjudgment for impulse noise.

Abstract: The CICS middleware offers the implement of MES a transaction management environment. It is suitable for the steel enterprises which need to use the MES to enforce the production automation and management information. This paper presents a three-tier intermediate platform based on CICS middleware which can shield the different hardware and software platform behind it and ensure the accurate and reliable data transmission. It focuses on the design and implementation process of application software system based on CICS, describing the software framework, modules and technology of the system.

Abstract: According to the picture archiving and communication system that have not introducing of the security mechanism yet, putting forward a security mechanism plan that based on digital watermarking and digital signature technology. Digital watermarking technology could authenticate the copyright of medical image effectively, and digital signature technology could authenticate the identity of sender and receiver. The PACS that introduced digital watermarking and digital signature technology could protect the interests for both hospitals and patients effectively in arbitration time, and became an important relying on for the development of remote medical.

Abstract: Field geological outcrops play a crucial role in the field geological observation. They can reflect the regional stratigraphic occurrence, lithology, structure and other information. The traditional field geological outcrops can hardly descript and real fully reflect the actual situation of the field geological. This paper puts forward to use the WEB2.0 Flex rich client technology, combine with the panoramic imaging technology to create panoramic field geological image web shared system program to solve the problem of the outcrop information sharing problems. Xingcheng practice base of Jilin University is using this system for teaching and research.

Abstract: In view of the contradiction between massive data of road 3D scene and bandwidth of current network transmission, a data real-time compression method for massive 3D road scene is proposed. Firstly, three-dimensional coordinates are reduced to two-dimensional by localization. The bit rate is also significantly reduced by relative treatment. Secondly, the inter-frame prediction method applicable to road scene rendering is proposed in order to reduce data redundancy of adjacent stations. Thirdly, a lossless and high compact data format is defined to store the coordinates for road scene network transmission. Finally, the bit stream is further compressed by using adaptive arithmetic coding and thus higher compression ratio is obtained. Applications show that this compression method meets the requirements of road scene real-time network transmission.
