Abstract: Treatment of deinking wastewater with neutralization, activated carbon, and hydrogen peroxide oxidation is investigated. Discusses the various factors of the neutralization experiment and catalytic experiment on the influence of the experimental results. The results show that for the 20mL deinking wastewater, first neutralize it to pH=4 with dilute sulfuric acid, then the mass fraction of 0.8mLH2O2 (mass fraction of 30%) and 0.8g active carbon powder in oxidative 19min under conditions of pH=3 with an optimum addition of 0.8mg H2O2 (30%) as well as 0.8g active carbon powder, the CODcr can be reduced from 31000mg/L to 2300 mg/L, and the color unit can be reduced from 15000 to 0 after treatment ,its CODcr and color unit decrease significantly and the removal rates reach 90% and 100% respectively.

Abstract: Establishing the system of evaluation of human settlements environment, and habitat environment evaluation is an important content of human settlements research. Determine the evaluation index of human settlements in Nujiang canyon through AHP. And then it determined the weight of each evaluation index value using Matlab software. The evaluation index obtained the corresponding spatial data of through the GIS spatial analysis technology. Selecting all the residents of Nujiang canyon area as the evaluation object, it established connection between the spatial database and the Excel score table for habitat suitability, obtaining suitable grade of each residential. The results show that, the residential habitat suitability evaluation results and the actual living conditions are broadly consistent with the resident. And the evaluation system is scientific. Research method is effective.

Abstract: Hardware industry, as a traditional pillar industry in Danzao Town, has brought great economical benefit for local development. However, it brings huge economic increase as well as a series of environmental problems. The characteristics and featured pollutants of the wastewater from hardware tool plant in Danzao Town are summarized in this paper. The current situation and the environmental problems caused by hardware tool plant in Danzao Town are also elaborated. Eventually, some protective measures are given to handle the problems.

Abstract: In order to meet technical requirements for systematic regulation to long reach of the Yangtze River, parallel program to computing core part of the software is developed based on TK-2DC software, which mainly contains parallelization research on flow convection diffusion model and sediment convection diffusion model. This parallel program conducts parallel programming on the basis of MPI. The whole parallel computing part adopts peer mode and corresponding special processing is performed to solving method of equation and special points so as to obtain better parallel speedup and parallel efficiency. Parallel program has been tested by relying on channel regulation engineering related to Jingjiang reach in the middle reach of the Yangtze River. Test results shows that parallel efficiency with 8 CPU is up to 80% and parallel speedup can reach 4.98. Flow-sediment analog computing efficiency of long river reach is greatly improved.

Abstract: Quantitative estimation of vegetation water content with remote sensing technique is of great significance for vegetation physiological status and growth trend monitoring. It also provides a theoretical foundation for actual application of vegetation water content diagnosis using remote sensing images in Wild Duck Lake wetland. In this paper the NDVIs and SRs calculated from simulation WorldVeiw-2 curves can be used to model and predict canopy water content of typical emerged plant. The NDVIs and SRs involving the additional spectral bands of WorldView-2, such as the red-edge and near infrared regions of the electromagnetic spectrum, improve the prediction accuracy compared with the traditional NDVIs and SRs.

Abstract: A reduction in trade barriers generally will affect the environment by expanding the scale of economic activity, by altering the composition of economic activity, and by bringing about a change in the techniques of production. This article presents empirical evidence to assess the relative magnitudes of these three effects as they apply to further trade liberalization in Zhongshan city. The author also puts forward some proposals on how to achieve coordinated development of trade and the environment in Zhongshan city.

Abstract: Inhalable particles (PM10) and fine particles (PM2.5) have become the primary air pollutants in Beijing, seriously affecting visibility of the city , quality of the urban environment and the health of residents. To reflect the spatial and temporal variability condition of inhalable particles systematically in Beijing city in recent years , particulate matter of 0.3, 0.5,1.0, 3.0 and 5.0μm in heated period during 2007~2011 and non-heated period during 2007~2012 were measured in the field, statistical analysis about them was conducted . And spatial analytical method was used to study their distribution pattern. The results show that: (1) Differences of particle number concentration between heated period and non-heated period,were mainly reflected in PM0.3 and PM1.0. The mean concentration of PM0.3 (9.5E+07/ m3) in heated period was 2 times more of that (4.3E+07 /m3) in non-heated period. By contrast, the mean concentration of PM1.0 (5.6E+06/m3) in non-heated period was 27% more than that (4.4E+06/m3) in heated period ; while concentration of other size was not very different. (2) The highest air pollution concentrations of particulate during non-heated period are in Fengtai District and Chaoyang District, which are respectively in the south and east of Beijing, followed by the city center . While the pollution in Shijingshan Dstrict in the west and Haidian District in the north was relatively lighter. (3) In heated period, the air particulate pollution of Beijing city was mainly concentrated in the east and southeast of Chaoyang District, as well as the city center and its surrounding area.

Abstract: One of the direct and effective ways to improve water environment of the river network is water diversion, because of the complex and changing about the river network, the safety of water diversion and the effect to improve water environment have been become the focus of attention. Through the analysis of diversion way and suitable discharge based on water environment improvement goal in the river network, the reasonable interval of the suitable discharge has been defined in the intermittent water diversion and continuous water diversion, the effect to improve the water environment has been further clarified, it is closely related with the water diversion way and discharge, the hydraulic characteristics of river networks should been emphasized to maximum, the self-purification capacity of river networks should be improved, the effectiveness for water diversion to improve the water environment must be continually strengthened.
