Abstract: The current paper describes a water environment monitoring system, which is focused on the online monitoring techniques of groundwater detection, data process and transmission, a local experiment equipment is also developed. Besides, an integrated study, in terms of host computer of the groundwater monitoring system, programmable logic controller (PLC) control system and sensor technology is carried out. Moreover, the secondary data process of automatic detection instrumentation and display technology is integrated, as well as the visualized data platform is primarily established. The water environment monitoring system improves the standard of monitoring indicators from the surface water environment to groundwater environment. The detection interval of the system is less than 3min, and the pollution forecast scope surpasses 16 km2. A high accuracy of the forecasting and risk analysis can be obtained.

Abstract: In order to explore the relationship between water quality indicators and the cross-section,this paper applied principal component analysis to evaluate comprehensively the water quality monitoring sections of the Liaohe River. The results showed that the water quality of the Liaohe River Tieling and Shenyang segments belonged to the inferior class V water. In this paper, water quality assessment and water environment quality grading used respectively two ways that were not and setting up a virtual cross-section to avoid the classification of water environment quality impacting on the relationship between water quality indicators and quality monitoring sections. Principal component score applied two and three-dimensional graphic display,made expression of the water pollution situation more intuitive.

Abstract: Adsorption effects of three kinds of activated carbons and a type of machine-made charcoal on the removal of antimony from acidic aqueous solution were investigated and compared. With an initial antimony solution concentration of 1000 μgL-1, the antimony adsorption by selected adsorbents were found to descend in the following order: machine-made charcoal (52.4%) > coconut activated carbon (42.6%) > coal based activated carbon (31.1%) > apricot stone based activated carbon (24.6%). The machine-made charcoal has the best adsorption capacity with a maximum adsorption values of 523.76 μgL-1. Five kinetic models were used for the fitting of the process of antimony adsorption, including Elovich, parabola diffusion, second order, first order and double-constant. Results showed that parabola diffusion and double-constant rate equation were the most suitable models in describing the relationship of antimony adsorption with time in acidic aqueous solution, implying that the adsorption kinetics of the antimony by the selected adsorbents in water might be a surface diffusion. Three adsorptive capacity indicators (iodine number, methylene blue number and phenol number) were determined in this paper. However, machine-made charcoal, which has a relatively high adsorption capacity, is of the lowest levels of the adsorptive capacity indicators. Thus, some complex mechanisms might be involved for the antimony adsorption by the machine-made charcoal, consequently considering the mechanism for the adsorption of antimony by the charcoal has not been verified, a further study still needs to be done.

Abstract: Based on the primary factors that influence site selection for National Strategic Reserve Depots of Refined Petroleum Products, this paper establishes a comprehensive system of evaluation indexes. In accordance with the different tiers of the index system, this paper puts forward an evaluation model based on the multi-tier fuzzy evaluation method. Then the evaluation model is proved to be reasonable, effective and feasible via case analysis and calculation.

Abstract: Reservoir regulation and reservoir sedimentation make conditions of flow and sediment under the dam change greatly after impoundment of the Three Gorges Project. This paper analyzes change trend and abrupt change situation of incoming water and sediment and studies characteristics of new flow and sediment of Yichang Station after impoundment of the Three Gorges with Mann-Kendall nonparametric rank test method. The result indicates that operation of the Three Gorges Reservoir has leveled runoff process and shortened dry season and extended median water period. After operation of the Three Gorges Reservoir, annual sediment runoff and monthly sediment runoff of some months changed suddenly and sediment runoff reduced sharply in Yichang Station. Sediment entering the middle and the lower reaches of the Yangtze River decreases substantially and it almost can be regarded as clean water discharge. Intorduction After operation of 175m normal water level of the Three Gorges Reservoir, total storage capacity of the reservoir is about 43 billion m3. Most of incoming sediment in the upstream is intercepted and deposited inside the reservoir and clean water and muddy water containing non-bed sand discharges. Change of water and sediment conditions destroys balance of downstream river and causes bed-rebuilding of downstream channels. And this results in a serious of long-term and long distance changes, such as on-way recovery of sand content, undercutting of bed scour, expansion of bank erosion and decline of water table, etc.[1-. Yichang Station controls a drainage area of 1005501km2 in upstream of the Yangtze River and is a major flood source for the middle and the lower reach of the Yangtze River. Thus, water regime information of Yichang Station is significant to flood control of the middle and the lower reach of the Yangtze River, regulation of the Three Gorges Reservoir, construction of water conservancy project all across the Yangtze River, industrial and agricultural production and shipping, etc. On account of this, this article analyzes data about coming water and sediment of Yichang Station to support characteristics of new flow and sediment of Yichang Station after impoundment of the Three Gorges with Mann-Kendall nonparametric rank test method.

Abstract: In order to improve the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of main factors, the paper used the shortage of the outstanding balance average type instead of traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation process and takes big or small algorithm, this method to avoid maximum membership principle may cause information loss, more objective quantitative determination of water quality class. This paper Liaozhong waterfront city underground water quality testing data as the basis, an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate, the result is due to the area of iron and manganese from groundwater seriously overweight cause groundwater quality grade V. Show that the method of water quality evaluation, the result more objective and accurate.

Abstract: The thermogravimetry - differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA) and theoretical analysis method of Coats-Redfern were employed to study the pyrolysis process and kinetics characteristics of mixture containing lime-mediated sewage sludge and gas ash, then sintering cup test the different proportion of mixture ball. It was found that the pyrolysis process of mixture from indoor temperature 1200°Ccould divided into 4 the weight loss stages, which brings a large number of heat and CaO, Fe2O3. Base on the results of Coats-Redfem integration method, the pyrolysis process of mixture under air atmosphere was belongs to two-class reaction. Sintering cup test show that lime-mediated sewage sludge and gas ash replacing part of the sintering ingredients is feasible.

Abstract: In this research, the domestic wastewater was treated by full-scale Biolak/A2O process. The effects of dissolved oxygen (DO) on nitrogen and phosphorus removal of the system in oxic zone were investigated. Controlling to DO at 0.8-1.5 mg/L, the treatment efficiency of system was near optimal with the total nitrogen efficiency of 69.45%. The simultaneous nitrification and denitrification could be achieved under this condition. Based on the calculation equations and transformation pathways of nutrients, about 23.71% total nitrogen (TN) was removed by multistage A/O system in the oxic tank. When DO was 1.0-3.0mg/L, the total phosphorus (TP) removal efficiency was the highest at 73.97%. DO in the range of 1.0-1.5mg/L was optimal for the nutrient removal in Biolak/A2O process, removal efficiency of TN and TP were 68.87% and 73.68%. TN and TP of the effluent were 12.02mg/L and 0.95mg/L, respectively.

Abstract: Zhalong National Nature Reserve (Zhalong) is an important habitat of avian, especial for cranes and waterfowls. For grasping the relation between avian ecological group and habitat types and scientific management for resource, we used line transects to survey bird population and distribution during November-December from 2005-2009 at Zhalong, and used cluster analysis and Chi-Square tests to analyze data. We recorded 23 bird species of 15 families and 7 orders during the wintering period, including Anseriformes, Columbiformes, Falconiformes, Galliformes, Gruiformes, Passeriformes, Strigiformes. Geographic region and dominant vegetation were the main influence factors of wintering avian distribution at Zhalong. Different ecological groups preferred different habitat types (p<0.01). Reed marsh were strong preferred, next were farmland and open forest. Passeres preferred reed marsh, open forest and farmland; Raptatores preferred open forest and reed marsh; Terrestores and Grallatores all preferred reed marsh and farmland. Different avian ecological groups occupied specific habitats types and we recorded some overlaps in bird distribution.

Abstract: nfrastructure construction is crucial for urban development. Urban infrastructure construction varies with different development stages, city size, and city characteristics. This thesis first introduces three types of infrastructure construction, including their advantages and disadvantages. And then, four main problems are posed based on the current situation of infrastructure construction in Shenyang. After careful analysis and comparison and a reference to the advanced experience at home and abroad, countermeasures are worked out from both temporal and spatial perspectives, to provide a referential basis for the sustainable development of infrastructure construction in Shenyang.
