Abstract: A three-echelon network for emergency supplies dispatching is designed according to the characteristics of emergency supplies dispatching under the unconventional emergency. This paper aims at proposing a multi-objective programming model of minimum cost as well as shortest time under the circumstance of multiple depots, multiple supply-hubs, multiple disaster places, multiple type of supplies and multiple transportation modes. It finally solves the model by integer programming algorithm and testifies the validity of the model with an example.

Abstract: Diabetic retinopathy decision tree mining problem, with the extension of diabetes date, diabetic retinopathy becomes the one of the most serious complications. In order to find out and treatment of diabetic retinopathy as early as possible, the paper proposes a kind of new tree-building methods. By the comparison of the common methods of decision tree analysis, base on the retinopathy data of the department of ophthalmology information management system in a hospital in Zunyi City in 2011, J48 parameter selection, and established the model after the original data are corrected, property cleared. Compared with the original data, the cross validation rate of decision tree model with corrected data is more accurate. It has got a better application in the Ophthalmology information management system in a hospital in Zunyi City.

Abstract: System dynamics provides a more intuitive and effective tool for system analysis in area supply chain logistics. By using method of system dynamics, this paper builds up a 3PL-HUB three echelon supply chain system from the perspective of costs, compares supply chain logistics costs variation in two cases with and without 3PL-HUB involved in, simulates logistics costs of each node enterprise, and fully analyzes the influence of 3PL-HUB on bullwhip effect and fluctuation of inventory of supply chain members. It shows that 3PL-HUB can reduce costs and benefit all the enterprises of whole supply chain, which represents a method to enhance supply chain synergy.

Abstract: Project Cluster development usually reflects a large scale construction, the mutual connections of the project working programs, complex constitutions. This paper tries to analyses the difficulties of project clusters progress control and study some processes and methods of project cluster time management, through a series of measures of making the progress plan, schedule monitoring, adjustment and coordination in order to guarantee the project progress goals realization and internal resources coordination and ensure time management operates smoothly of a company.Keywords: Project Cluster; Method Study; Schedule Control; Resource Optimization; Time Management

Abstract: Procurement decides the quality of materials supply in the process of engineering development and it is the important link in EPC project. This paper shows the advantages of supply chain procurement through comparing and revealing the connotation and characteristics of supply chain procurement in EPC project. Moreover, making an integration and reconstruction of every part of EPC project procurement through adding supply management mode and building supply chain procurement management mode of EPC project which is proper for now and future development, there will be the significance for the practice of EPC project procurement management.

Abstract: In the social science research area, there are two important statistical methodologies, one is covariance-based structural equation modeling (CBSEM), and the other one is variance-based partial least square (PLS). Compared with CBSEM, PLS lacks comparatively the reference books and full applications. The main purpose of this study is to develop a paradigm to demonstrate how to assess the reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and path analysis in a proposed research model by using Smart PLS. We hope this study’s result can offer some correct steps when using PLS.

Abstract: Hyperspectral is the frontiers of Remote Sensingdevelopment, which plays a more andmore important role in many fields. themixed pixels become an main obstacle to the in depth development forquantification imageryanalysis,This paper presented a novel approach based on independentcomponent analysis for hyperspectralunmixing,it introducing the constraints of abundance nonnegative and abundancesum-to-one,the purpose of our algorithm was not to findindependent components as decomposition results anymore.It developed an abundance modeling technique todescribe the statistical distribution of the data.Themodeling approach is capable of self-adaptation,andcan be applied to hyperspectral images with different characteristics.Experimental results demonstrated that the proposedapproach can obtain more accurate results than the other state-of-the-artapproaches.

Abstract: The problems of measurement such as real length and real shape are often met in solving practical engineering problems.The method of changing plane which is used to simplify the problem is researched how to change the relative position of the geometric elements relative to the projective plane in the space. In practical applications,we need to use the method of projection to solve the real length of oblique line and the angle between the oblique line and projective plane.

Abstract: In allusion to the issues for further evaluation research into the circular economy development on the industrial cluster level, the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for circular economy, combined with industrial cluster’s own characteristics. And this paper determines the index weight based on comprehensive weighted method that combines objective information entropy and subjective AHP method, and then builds a comprehensive evaluation model of circular economy industry cluster development.

Abstract: There is a quite difference between optical devices displayed color and printed color. The visual relationship of color gray is an important factor of the visual interface impact. Based on LED optical display screen, this paper selects typical web interface as experimental subjects; after Matlab experimental data analysis, study gray value of interface design color to explore the influence of gray value of interface design on interface visual effects, offers design rules of the color gray from area relationship, shape relationship, and collocation relationship of color gray, which provides a useful reference for interface designers.
