Abstract: The performance of recycled coarse aggregate has significant effects on recycled concrete. The performance of recycled coarse aggregate were tested according to Recycled coarse aggregate for concrete (GB/T 25177-2010). The Result showed that the recycled coarse aggregate grading in accordance with regulation requirements, and compared with the natural coarse aggregate: high powder content and water absorption, low needle and plate particle content, low apparent density, compression capability as low as soundness. And the property of recycled coarse aggregate after cleaning has the performance of guaranteeing the quality by using. Through the test results and consult the national regulation, the recycled coarse aggregate in Xinjiang can be preliminary division to the categories of I and II.

Abstract: Analyze two problems why blending ratio of plant-mixed RAP generally cannot be more than 40% to 50%. Prove pre-heating and sieving of RAP is a key technology to solve the problems. The test of blending ratio and construction of testing road has proved that applied ratio of RAP in hot recycling plant can be increased to more than 70%.

Abstract: Prodigiosin is a natural pigment which has antimicrobial activity and produced by a microorganism, but it is insoluble in water, thereby limiting their application in textile dyeing. With the study of the Prodigiosin’s kinetics and thermodynamics on PET, the feasibility of using Prodigiosin as disperse dyes was discussed. The thermodynamics results show that the up-take of Prodigiosin in PET fiber is linear to the dye bath concentration, with increasing temperature, the distribution coefficient decreases and the thermodynamic affinity of the dye has little gown up, the enthalpy and entropy of dyeing were -2.51[kJ/mol] and 5.05[J/(mol·K)] respectively, which show that PET dyeing with prodigiosin is a exothermic process and the diffusion coefficient increases with the temperature rise. The activation energy calculated with the Arrhenius equation is 6.09 [kcal /mol].

Abstract: N80 oil casing is important equipment in petroleum drilling, to analyze the mechanical features of the N80 casing; we used Rockwell apparatus to test the hardness of N80 casing. And we have analyzed and eliminated the errors which may affect the result of the hardness test to ensure the reliability. At the same time, it summed up the causes of errors and the methods to avoid and reduce the errors during the Rockwell hardness test, and analyzed the hardness tester load, pressure head, the structure as well as the test sample roughness, shape and other factors which influenced the measurement results.
Keywords: n80 oil casing; hardness test; error analysis

Abstract: The catalytic deoxygenation experiments of stearic acid and hydrogen were performed for 6 hours in the presence of a solvent, dodecane, in a temperature range of 295-305°C and the rotational speed of 100rpm, under a certain hydrogen partial pressure (in argon), using palladium supported on active and mesoporous carbon as a catalyst. The results showed, the main liquid-phase product was n-heptadecane, while the main gaseous products were CO2 and CO. When the partial pressure of hydrogen is 3.0MPa, the acid value of primary product is the lowest and the reaction tends to be gentle, conversion rate of stearic acid and selectivity to n-heptadecane is the highest.

Abstract: Maleic anhydride grafted C5 petroleum resin (C5-g-MAH) was prepared using peroxide as an initiator by melt grafting process, and was incorporated as a compatibilizer into Wood Flour/High Density Polyethylene (WF/HDPE) composites. The effect of second monomers and C5-g-MAHs on the morphology and mechanical properties of composites was investigated. Results showed that the presence of a second monomer, Triallyl isocyanurate (TAI), Butyl acrylate (BA) or Trimethylol proane trimethacrylate (TMPTMA), in the grafting system gave rise to higher grafting ratio of C5-g-MAHs compared to that without a second monomer. The highest grafting ratio was obtained as TMPTMA content being 0.20~0.35wt% based on C5. The addition of C5-g-MAHs into WF/HDPE resulted in improved mechanical properties. Meanwhile the composite containing C5-g-MAH with 0.30wt% TMPTMA exhibits the most significant improvement in all mechanical properties with tensile strength and bend strength increasing up to 18% and 20% respectively, which is concomitant with the finer morphology structure observed by SEM, suggesting the remarkable compatibilizing effect of C5-g-MAH with TMPTMA for WF/HDPE composites.

Abstract: The inverse microemulsion copolymerization of poly (dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride-acrylamide) (PDMDAAC-AM) has been studied using a blend of two surfactants Span-80 and OP-10 as the composite emulsifier in kerosene-water media. The effects of various polymerization parameters (e.g., polymerization method, reaction time, addition of electrolyte, oil-soluble initiator concentration and aqueous-to-oil phase volume ratio (A/O)) on the conversion and copolymer characteristics have been investigated. The optimum operating conditions for preparing (PDMDAAC-AM) were determined as reaction time 1h, HCOONa concentration 0.05% (w), AIBN concentration 0.045% (w), A/O 2/3 and semi-continuous process. Stable latex with high conversion (97.42%) and 267cm3/g intrinsic viscosity was obtained. In the semi-continuous process, the size distribution peak narrows along with the reaction process and the average diameter of the final product is 15.2 nm, which is significantly less than that prepared by one-time process.

Abstract: This paper deals with the preparation of zinc oxide doped tungsten oxide target by sintering in oxygenated flow atmosphere. The effect of the composition and the sintering conditions on the properties and microstructures of the targets has been studied. The optimal sintering conditions were found. The sintered zinc doped tungsten oxide ceramic target can achieve a relative density of 99.58%, a bending strength of 31.79MPa and a Vickers hardness of 349MPa.

Abstract: This paper studies the Marshall stability, splitting strength and compressive strength testsof the semi-flexible mixture at first, several steps which should be taken to achieve the optimal mixproportion are presented as below: optimal gradation, optimal fluid content, optimal asphalt content, optimal cement content. Secondly introduces systematically the performance, proportioning designand construction process of semi-flexible mixture. Finally as a structural layer can be a goodsolution to the problem of reflecting crack phenomenon of asphalt pavements, aiming at providingreference to its extension and application.

Abstract: The gene encoding an endo-β-1,4-xylanase (XynCC) from chaetomium cupreum was amplified using PCR. The nucleotide sequence of a 690 bp cDNA fragment was determined. Based on the nucleotide sequence, calculated molecular mass of the enzyme was 24.7 kDa. The XynCC gene was inserted into the pYES2 vector and transferred into the cells of S. cerevisiae H158 for heterologous expression.
