Abstract:

New model "contest of comprehensive chemistry experiment" participants are university students major in science and engineering. The contest consists of theoretical knowledge examination and research projects completion. Theoretical knowledge examining stage is conducted in the way of closed-book examination. Research projects were completed under the tutors, including experimenting and research papers writing. The topics are related to chemistry or chemical engineering. Awards are evaluated by thesis query. Students many skills, such as consulting literature, experimental skill, writing paper and cooperating with others, can be trained in this contest, so their comprehensive qualities are enhanced.
