Analysis of Reserve Scale Optimization of Equipment Material for Emergency Operation

Abstract:

Drawing on reserve and emergency mobilization are import methods to meet the requirements of equipment material for emergency operation. Based on analysis of military effectiveness and economic benefit of material reserve the paper establishes reserve scale decision-making model for emergency operation, further puts forward some measures of reserve scale optimization of equipment material. Conclusions drawn have the application value for equipment material system development of emergency operation.
