The Optimization Design of Hydraulic Support: Rolling Advancing Support Device of Hydraulic Support

Article Preview

Abstract:

In order to provide a kind of simple structure, low cost, easy operation and high safety performance improvement of hydraulic support's advancing support method, this paper designed a kind of rolling advancing support device of hydraulic support. The device is fixed on the hydraulic support beam, made the top beam and roof between sliding friction into rolling friction, improved the advancing support method to move the rack doesn't need to drop column and column, directly to push the slip plane, simplifies the shift process, accelerated the propulsion speed of working face; At the same time, rolling advancing support device of hydraulic support with hydraulic support of the top beam fixed to form two new support overall, improve the performance of hydraulic support support, prolong the service life of hydraulic support.
