Abstract: Food safety has a critical bearing on social stability and the public's vital interests. In recent years, the food safety accidents have been occurring frequently, and to strengthening the food quality safety regulation has become the focus of attention. Utilizing information-based means to realize effective and rapid management of food safety has become the inevitable trend of food safety management. This paper discussed informationalized management from the aspects of food safety information disclosure system, food safety information traceability system, food safety credit system, food safety information warning system.

Abstract: The relation between fresh food quality control and consumers health has been stated in this article; domestic cold-chain logistic management system and the construction of food information traceable system are analyzed. The application of RFID and food tracing in the fresh food quality assurance system are discussed, and a complete set of fresh food quality assurance system has been put forward.

Abstract: In pushing of the projects of "the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone" and "Xian-Xianyang Integration",financial development in Shaanxi has also become one of the important topics of current research.On the basis of the theory of financial sustainable development,this paper builds evaluation index system of the financial sustainable development and using empirical analysis in this paper.At the same time,its doing comparative research of financial sustainable development level of the eight major cities in Shaanxi.This papers aim is to provide some recommendations about financial policies and development strategies for the relevant departments.

Abstract: This paper studies the cooperation-based vehicle scheduling problem of two kinds of vehicles with time window for pickup and delivery of customers to airport. Producing isolated-customer points and vehicles cooperation points, we clustering the customer points. Then we choose appropriate vehicle kind to send customers to airport. Finally, we perform the test analysis on study case. Simulation results indicate that our approach is feasible and effective.

Abstract: Firstly, the process of establishing automotive ecology related systems and the necessity of automotive eco-design assessment to carry out were introduced. The overall objective of automotive eco-design assessment about China was described. And then, automotive eco-design assessment system of China was established by screening the most vulnerable index of energy-saving, environmental protection and health impact in all automotive life cycle stages by the approaches of desk information research, business investigation visit and industry expert consultation. Finally, a wide range of automotive eco-design assessment strategy model was proposed.

Abstract: We consider supplier diversification with holding cost increasing based on binomial yields. We also show that the optimal solution always with a single supplier in the holding cost increasing binomial yields systems, and give the optimal solution.

Abstract: Environmental quality evaluation contains some procedures such as determination of environmental evaluation factors, Environmental monitoring, evaluation of the standard, approach of the evaluation, identification of environment and so on. With the development of the society, the living standard of the people has improved, and the better living condition and living environment has been put forward. It has boosted the living environment of the residents to get to humanization. Theoretical basis and scientific foundation have provided for the environment evaluation of the living environment. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent for the applying and meaning of the living environment. This paper has a goal to test and verify the estate in Anhui based on studying the environment evaluation, for building the environmental estate lay the foundation.

Abstract: Hybrid knowledge representation schemes, including production rules, object-oriented programming, and procedural methods, are employed to express expert heuristics and standard emergency knowledge during the development of the knowledge-based system (KBS) for emergency decision for disaster reduction. This approach renders it possible to take advantages of the characteristics of each method. The system can provide the user with advice on Preliminary plan evaluation, Plan optimization, Plan evaluation ,Plan summary and Miscellaneous.
