Research on Task Sequencing of Mixed Model Assembly Workshop Based on Improved AHP

Article Preview

Abstract:

The influence factors of task sequencing in mixed model assembly workshop is analyzed, and the production reasonable degree comprehensive evaluation index system is established with research of the evaluation index quantifying method\. The objective and subjective influence factors of task sequencing are analyzed, and the shortage of using AHP to sequence tasks alone has been pointed out. The improvement of AHP on the basis of entropy weight method has been researched, and task sequencing method of mixed model assembly workshop based on improved AHP has been proposed. The method has been verified in aero-engine assembly workshop, and the results show that it is feasible.
