Development of Off-Line Inspection System on Equipment Based on Embedded Linux Technique

Abstract:

In order to meet the requirements of the business enterprises for equipment monitoring instruments, an embedded data acquisition and analysis system based on Linux technique has been developed, and its hardware configuration and software structure were described. The system incorporates many functions in a unit, including data acquisition, real-time display, storage, analysis, and communication, etc., and has a high scalability, maintainability and reliability. The experiment results showed that its functions is stable, and can be widely used in the system monitor and diagnosis in various equipment and installations.
