Abstract: Based on the analysis of the principle of giant magnetostrictive force sensor, the signal processing system of the sensor has been designed. First, this paper designs manual and automatic working mode for the giant magnetostrictive force sensor. Using SCM as a micro-controller, its peripheral interface circuits hardware system have been designed, including signal amplification circuit, analog to digital (A/D) conversion interface circuit, LED display interface circuit, determinant keyboard input interface circuit and imposing force control circuit. This system is able to display the numerical value of the imposed force. The software of the whole system is designed. Experiments are conducted to show that the signal processing system works well, which is important to practical application of the giant magnetostritive force sensor.

Abstract: The discrete wavelet transform is usually realized by FPGA or DSP. This paper presents fast and valid image processing using discrete wavelet transform based on OMAP3530 chip which developed by TI(Texas Instruments). We employ the ARM+DSP dual-core OMAP3530 processor as the kernel of image processing. Linux Embedded System runs in the ARM side, DSP/BIOS System service run in the DSP side correspondingly. And the software development environment totally built upon the DVSDK (Digital Video Software Development Kit) which is provided by TI official website. Discrete wavelet transform algorithm adopted CE (Codec Engine) tools, which are the core of DVSDK. Finally, the image processing algorithm is inserted into CE. When the application program is running on the ARM side, the specific image is being conducted by CE on the DSP side.

Abstract: Data mining technology into the teaching system, the biggest advantage is that the system can gather large amounts of data for analysis , digging out of the course content and teaching strategies presented useful information on the adjustment in order to build content-rich smart teaching platform . This paper mainly made use of data mining techniques to solve the data mining technology is introduced into the system in order to fully improve the system for students and student learning characteristics of the implementation of individualized teaching of intelligence, flexibility in learning mode , the number of users and courses content scalability , research and development of an online learning system . With these results the general software development technology applied to intelligent tutoring system for students to build an adaptive, personalized student-centered learning platform.

Abstract: Quick sorting is one of the sorting algorithms with good performance. However, there is a bottleneck of its performance in dealing with massive data with high repetition rate. Therefore, a new effective quick sorting algorithm is proposed in this study. This approach possesses the advantage of conciseness of quick sorting algorithms while avoiding the disadvantages of recursive algorithms. The time complexity is O(n), and the space complexity is O(1). Theoretical analysis and experimental data have shown that its performance is superior to the original quick sorting algorithm, and it is applicable to the processing of massive data with high repetition rate.

Abstract: Interferogram is the original measured signal of the Fourier transform spectrometer. A new method addressed the problem of noise reduction in inter-ferogram domain is proposed for multivariate calibration of Fourier transform near infrared spectral signals. The method is based on the discrete wavelet transform (DWT). It is used to determination of the ethanol as noise reduction tool for partial least square (PLS) modeling. It is shown that the benefit of the proposed method lies not only in its performance to improve the quality of PLS model and the prediction precision, but also in its simplicity and practicability.

Abstract: A new image fusion algorithm based on nonsubsampled contourlet transform and spiking cortical model is proposed in this paper. Considering the human visual system characteristics, two different fusion rules are used to fuse the low and high frequency sub-bands of nonsubsampled contourlet transform respectively. A new maximum selection rule is defined to fuse low frequency coefficients. Spatial frequency is used for the fusion rule of high frequency coefficients. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed fusion method.

Abstract: with the difficulties of extracting the feature of faint laser signal reflecting from non-cooperative target in foggy conditions, the spatial correlation threshold filtering approach was proposed based on spatial correlation filtering. The thought, theory and implementation methods of the spatial correlation threshold filtering was elaborately studied, especially, the selection of the threshold for the filter was analyzed. A comparative study of threshold filtering, spatial correlation filtering and spatial correlation threshold filtering was carried out to verify the filtering effect for the laser signal reflecting in the foggy environment, the experiment results shows that: spatial correlation threshold filtering method has the most effective filtering. The processing results show that the new method can effectively eliminate noise and keep weak laser signal characteristics, which lays solid foundation for identification of target nature.

Abstract: For the echo of the laser signal was relatively weak and accompanied by a lot of noise in a foggy condition, a multi-pulse cumulative method for enhancing weak laser signal was proposed. The enhancement principle and method of multi-pulse signal accumulation was studied, and with it the weak signal was processed. The matched filter algorithm was used to extract the characteristics of laser echo signal, the original signal and the accumulated signal was processed by the matched filter, respectively, which greatly improves the signal to noise ratio (SNR). The experimental results show that: four separate laser signals accumulated together enhance SNR by twice; the accumulation of multi-pulse laser signal can effectively improve SNR, and the matched filter can strengthen the signal while suppressing noise.

Abstract: This paper designs a meet the requirements of equipment management information system, to realize the scientific management of instruments and equipments. Based on RFID technology, database technology, information processing and transmission technology, we aimed to systemize the management over the equipment. Test results show that the system design is reasonable, stable and reliable, this system realizes information exchange between the electronic tag and the database through the serial port and the corresponding submodule, and is easy to use, powerful and comprehensive in security measures. Conclusion: This system greatly improved the efficiency of the management in equipments, enabled the information management of equipments more accurate and standardized.

Abstract: License plate recognition technology has been widely used with the development of intelligent traffic system, which studies vehicle identification based on digital image processing technology. This paper presents system design and realization of recognition system for license plate. License plate image is preprocessed by gradation and binaryzation at first, then the image noise caused by dirt is filtered by a mean value method. We adopt horizontal and vertical projection method to locate license plate. Character segmentation and recognition are carried out at last. Test result shows that the method presented has good accuracy, quick speed and strong robustness for realtime application.
