Abstract: To overcome the defect of the traditional method to determine attribute weight in the multiple attribute decision making problems, this paper proposed a kind of data fusion method based on The D-S Evidence Theory improved by The Grey Correlation Analysis. The method, firstly, calculated the basic probability assignment functions discount factor based on The Grey Correlation Analysis, then let the subjective weight and objective weight together based on D-S combination rules in order to avoid the deficiency of the single weighting method. Using the fusion of evaluation indexs subjective and objective weight of mobile phone product solution as an example, the results show that the proposed method is effective.

Abstract: Charging mode of electric car and parking facilities have been studied. The mechanical spatial car parking system with electric car charging system has been studied and developed. Facility is controlled by PLC .The lease management system of parking facilities adopts inductive card, wireless charging system and charging state monitoring technology. The intelligent and automatic lease as an effective path to improve the hard problem of the city parking will get the vast development foreground.

Abstract: Apparel marker making is also called apparel plates setting; it refers to the process of products marker making diagram design. The implement of marker making has to satisfy the design effect, production and other requirements; it also can be explained by putting various specifications of all garment plates for scientific arrangement within designated fabric width, then determining the materials quota by the smallest area or the shortest length. The purpose of marker making is making fabric utilization up to the highest rate, at the same time reducing the production cost and providing a feasible basis to fabric spreading, cutting and other processes.

Abstract: At present the duckbill seeder has small use range, the low frequency of use, hard to adjust the holes distance problem, design the hole distance adjustable mechanism for continuously adjustable planting distance of duckbilled seeder . The mechanism realizes seeder certain range continuous adjustable distance, to achieve the aim of a machine used several purposes, expand the scope of use, improve the frequency of use. By the virtual prototyping technology, completed the design of the overall structure of the holes distance adjustable device.

Abstract: This article investigates different energy replenishment modes of private pure electric vehicles, analyzes and compares the merits and drawbacks of various metering and billing models of different modes, and explains the implementation methods of each model. Firstly, it sketches the development of electric vehicle industry; then, it introduces three electric vehicle energy replenishment modes, and brings forward three models for private pure electric vehicle owners. It elaborates the three metering and billing models for private pure electric vehicles oriented operation, by emphatically analyzing the implementation principles of each model. At last, it declares that the model based on charging amount is optimal for the whole vehicle slow charging mode, while the model based on mileage or the model based on discharged amount suits for the battery exchanging mode and hybrid mode.

Abstract: A brand company always comes a well-design corporate identity system (CIS) which preserve its management qualities with outcome products, packages, details, related people behaviors, all interaction etc. At present, Taiwans cultural creative industries play a very important role in constructing the soft collective infrastructure. This project try to prove the tailor-made model which a well design package system concerned new CIS will enhance good impression to wide consumers especially for small food and bakery industries. Research methods are selected both focus group and content analysis qualitatively gather experts opinions, quantitatively coding the key words. To accumulate form images related knowledge. The result can be applied to some Taiwan small business on Shorten design process for developing their products and commercial packages.

Abstract: shaftless driving is a kind of advanced and new drive way which can solve the high precision of printing synchronism, mainly used in gravure printing, soft printing and wheel transformation printing equipment but less used in sheet-fed offset press at present. Based on sheet-fed offset press as the research object, the author analyzed the transmission characteristics of sheet-fed offset press, designs a scheme of shaftless driving used in sheet-fed offset press and set up the hardware and software platform, verified the scheme by experiments.

Abstract: For the purpose of presenting a practical approach that is contributed to breakthrough product design, we investigated certain firms and their novel products. The findings reveal that cross-industry knowledge acquisition has played an essential role in providing innovative design solutions, and the connotation of this phenomenon is the application of analogical transfer. Based on the cognitive psychology theories, we further discussed the procedures for an analogy-based design, which includes goal-setting, representation, retrieval and mapping. Finally, a systematic design method is proposed.

Abstract: The wide format thermal transfer printing equipment (WFTTPE) was used for producing banners in advertising. The general layout and structure of WFTTPE were introduced and analyzed. The left box and right box have been reduced to decrease occupied areas in improved layout. The discharge smoke module has been added to reduce harmful smoke. Bearing block and bearing have been moved to the left side of support plate to dismantle easy. The location of DC motor, main control circuit board, storage battery, control panel and equipment nameplate have been adjusted with new layout adjustment of WFTTPE. The result showed that the occupied areas of WFTTPE had been reduced by one-third, and the concentration of indoor harmful smoke has been reduced by two-third. The actual applications showed that the lifetime of T6214 bearing could reach 12 months at least while the 61914 bearing lost efficacy mean three months.

Abstract: Life cycle energy consumption and environment emission assessment model of vehicle new energy fuels is established. And life cycle energy consumption and environmental pollutant emissions of new energy fuels are carried out. Results show that the full life cycle energy consumption of alcohol fuels is highest, and the full life cycle energy consumption of the fuel cell is lowest, and the fuel consumption is mainly concentrated in the use stage, and that is lowest in the raw material stage. And the full life cycle CO2 emission of methanol is highest, and the full life cycle CO2 emission of Hybrid is lowest. The full life cycle VOCHCNOXPM10 and SOX emissions of alcohol fuels is highest, and the fuel cell is lowest.
