Abstract: In order to research the filtration effects of fiber bundle filter with three kinds of different entrance position, the oil-water separation model of two-phase flow is established. Keep other parameters constant and perform an analysis in detail on the outlet concentration of oil content. Describe the influence that filtration rate brings, which varies among 20m/h, 40m/h and 60m/h. Then an experiment has been done to verify the result. It is shown that, the entrance position located on the top of filter can obtain better filtration effect than the other two. In view of the consideration for filter precision and processing capacity, the 40m/L filtration rate is more reasonable. Besides, its filtration cycle is 14h and purification rate is more than 92%.

Abstract: With the development of the economic society, people gradually begin to pay more attention to the pursuit of product design compared to the product appearance and function. Thus, the present interactive design gets more and more attention in the product design. Choosing the daily product as the carrier, this paper mainly concludes and summarizes the interactive manner of the modern product design from the three aspects of the peoples feeling, behavior and affection in order to implement the interaction design methods research in the product design.

Abstract: In order to remove the malodorous pollutants of total reduced sulfur (TRS) produced by kraft pulp mill, the experimental device was designed to remove the TRS gases in accordance with the principle of ClO2 oxidizing TRS gases. After ClO2 oxidizes TRS gases, the substances produced are absorbed by lye, which achieve the purpose of removing TRS gases. At the same time, these alkali absorber can be reused to the sulfur cycle of kraft pulp mills. With the self-designed experiment apparatus, the removal rate of H2S and CH3SH are 99.40% and 99.8% respectively, the concentration of H2S reduces from 1.275g/m3 to 0.137mg/m3, the concentration of CH3SH reduces from 1.457g/m3 to 0.032 mg/m3, which both reach national grade iii emission standards.

Abstract: For improving the conditions of single function, low testing precision, complex operation that exists in the tests of leaf spring testing machine, and on the basis of relevant provisions GBT19844-2005 leaf spring, a test bench for leaf spring with multifunction is designed. Through the structure analysis of leaf spring, a structure scheme of test bench named gantry type is put forward, combined with the testing requirements of the national standard and the spring stress characteristics, the hydraulic loading system and PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation) control system is proposed as well. By this test bench, experiments of the leaf spring for "permanent deformation, stiffness, fatigue" and other aspects related can be conducted, with shorter experimental cycle and higher experimental precision.

Abstract: Product design is successful or not, not only from the aspects of design concepts, ideas, manufacturability, cost and benefit considerations, the most important depends on the customer satisfaction after products is throw on the market. Many products only from the point of view of design are impeccable, but the user feedback is not good, in order to meet the demands of the market need, you need to constantly improve and innovate. For a certain brand rearview mirror product user feedback, the design of crank connecting part curvature has been modified using reverse technology.

Abstract: Due to high competitive nature of todays product market, it is essential for conceptual design architecture solution to be derived faster while still maintaining a certain level of innovation to differentiate it from other competing products. This can be a handful task for the development of complex product designs with the current geometrical-based approaches due to plethora of possible physical alternatives to be considered. The search for product design architecture solutions from its functional requirements is more effective as the functional space is comparatively smaller than the physical search space. This allows the design and development effort to be more focused and saves time and resources. With this notion, there is a driving motivation to adapt the functional approach into the conceptual design process to exploit some of its benefits. In this paper, a methodology to derive the product architecture solution from functional approach is discussed and proposed.

Abstract: In order to protect environment, the end-of-life product should be disassembly and recycled. While selective disassembly method can be used to separate the valuable parts from the old product and used for reuse or remanufacturing. Usually there are several feasible disassembly sequences for operation; the optimal sequence is decided by operation cost. A fuzzy cost model is presented instead of the traditional quantitative cost model. The advantage of this method is that the detailed information of the end-of-life product is not needed and, the practical feasibility of selective disassembly is improved.

Abstract: In order to improve the detection ability of acquisition terminal, the design scheme of automatic verification pipeline for electric energy data acquisition terminal was proposed. It designed the verification units of automatic verification pipeline and developed the calibration system for dielectric strength test unit, function and error test unit. The testing software to issue test report was developed. The analysis model for calibration data was set up. The process of uncertainty in measurement for auto-measuring result based on GUM algorithm was specified. The results show that the power parameter of automatic verification pipeline can be accurately checked by the calibration system, and consistency of multi-leaving can be ensured. The calibration system is suitable to evaluate the reliability and veracity for the set of automatic verification pipeline. So it provides technical support for speeding up the construction of the electric energy data acquisition system and strong smart grid.

Abstract: The main objective of this research was to measure the thermal insulation using a thermal manikin dressed in various ensembles of clothing within the abaya. A range of clothing and abaya has been tested using a heated manikin. The thermal manikin experiments were conducted in dry condition. The ambient air temperature for the dry tests was set at 23oC and Relative Humidity at 50% and the mean skin temperatures averaged at 35oC. The results showed that the daily clothing and abaya affect the thermal insulation performance. It is uncomfortable to wear more layers of the daily wear clothing within the abaya. The abaya worn over the head thermally insulated slightly more than the abaya worn from the shoulder.

Abstract: To optimize the production logistics in discrete manufacturing enterprises, we put forward a new thought of workstation-oriented production logistics for the solution of low picking efficiency and high delivery cost of JIT (Just in Time) mode. A distribution model is constructed to minimize the total distribution time in workshop. An improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the proposed optimization model. Finally, a case study is presented to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed model.
