Abstract: SIP protocol is a for the establishment, change and terminate multimedia session control protocol of application layer, based on the analysis of SIP protocol stack, in view of the non SIP video communication field has designed a communication strategy, achieved with the standard SIP domain as well as the standard SIP device and the existing non SIP domain communication, makes SIP protocol is compatible with existing video scheduling system, enhances the use range, avoid re design of non SIP domain, and the validation and application in the bus company project.

Abstract: In this paper, an ant colony optimization based method (AM) is proposed for gene selection. AM consists of two stages. In the first stage, some redundant genes are filtered by information gain (IG). In the second stage, a fuzzy adaptive ant colony optimization is applied to gene selection. We evaluate the performance of AM on five gene expression datasets, which have dimensions varying from 7129 to 12000. We also compare the performance of AM with the results obtained from four existing well-known optimization algorithms. The comparison details show that AM could get better classification accuracy.

Abstract: The Internet of things (IOT) technology leads the third wave of the information industry having broad application prospects in intelligent building. This paper briefly introduces the background and concept of the IOT, the basis of the integration of intelligent building and the IOT. Intelligent building automation system, safety system, fire alarm system and OA system are the main applications of the IOT in intelligent building. We illustrate the disadvantage of traditional intelligent building and propose that the IOT and intelligent building have a good basis for integration. At the end, this paper analyzes the relationship between green building and intelligent building. The ultimate development goal of them is green building and smart city. It will make a huge impact in people's normal production and life in the future.

Abstract: According to the present situation of the industrial resources of Internet of Things (IOT) are distributed in unbalance in different provinces, in this paper, using principal component analysis, it has ranked the competency of the industrial development of Internet of Things in 31 provinces; On the basis of the result, analyzing the top five provinces, the factors that restrict the industrial development of Internet of Things, we find the competitive advantage of the Internet of Things industry is concentrated in key points, which include the number of developing projects in new products high technology and the number of regional patent authorizations, providing the basis for the Internet of Things industry to develop system layout and competitive strategy.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the relationship between the resources restriction, the entrepreneurs' cognition and the dynamic capability, and using the market research and the structural equation model to test them, it is found that entrepreneurs' cognition of three aspects: namely, environmental alertness, enterprise internal cognition and metacognitive ,which have significant positive influence on dynamic capability, the influence of the environmental alertness on the dynamic capability is the largest among them. At the same time, the resources restriction plays a significant role of regulation for the relationship between entrepreneurs' cognition and dynamic capability.

Abstract: The properties of the sun-earth-moon restricted four body problem were investigated. On the base of the earth-moon circular restricted three body problem, taking gravitation effect of the sun into account, a dynamic model of restricted four body problem was established. Equilibrium points were calculated by proper numerical method and linearization procedure was introduced to obtain the stability of these points. An invariant integral relation of this four body problem similar with Jacobi integral was derived, then the Hill region was investigated. Calculation results show that the equilibrium points will keep moving near libration points, also has their stability unchanged, and the Hill region will be non-periodically time varying.

Abstract: The air offensive operation battlefield support is characterized by informationized command, advanced measures and precise material support. Aimed at these characteristics, combined with the features and characteristics of the Internet of Things, the Internet of Things technology is integrated into the battlefield support system, and the battlefield support command system, battlefield awareness system and battlefield material support system based on the Internet of Things technology are established. This paper is significant to the study on the construction of the air offensive operation battlefield support system that adapts to the complex battlefield environment.

Abstract: The ANN-based optimization design for considering fatigue reliability requirements on structure was proposed in this paper. The ANN-based response surface method was used to analysis fatigue reliability of the structure. The fatigue reliability requirements were taken as constraints while the structural weight as the objective function, the ANN model was performed to simulate the relationship between the fatigue reliability and geometry dimension of the structure, the optimization result of the structure with a minimum weight was obtained, thus can make economic benefit meanwhile ensure the safety of the structure.

Abstract: The demands for quartz crystal become bigger and bigger in electronic market. A software system of quartz crystal test and sort was designed. The application program of software system was written based on VS2008 platform. The system used 250B to test parameters of quartz crystal, read sensor values and send control command to peripheral actuators through PCI interface. The sorting results can be obtained by comparing test results with threshold values. According to the sorting results, the peripheral actuators were driven to work, make quartz crystal sorted into the correct sorting box. Experiments show that the software system can complete testing and sorting of quartz crystal.

Abstract: An optimization algorithm method design and analysis is presented for class of linear uncertain systems. Firstly, it is shown that disturbances of linear uncertain systems are divided two parts by the projection matrix, one is matched and the other is unmatched part. Then the controller based on integral sliding mode and optimization performance index is constructed to ensure the robustness of the linear uncertain systems. Additionally, we give an optimization performance guaranteeing the stability of proposed procedure by using the Lyapunov theory. Simulations show the effectiveness of the method proposed that a linear system is best controlled by a linear controller.
