Abstract: The built-in outsourcing logistics alliance is a new thing compared to other logistics concepts. This paper first makes a game analysis on the bulit-in outsourcing alliance of logistics based on game theory after conducting the research actuality on logistics outsourcing and alliance. According to research and analysis, the game theory is applied to the composition of built-in outsourcing logistics alliance and cooperative game is suitable for the alliance. Then the game analysis of the built-in outsourcing logistics alliance is made, which includes the establishment of a general game model and the game analysis which is suitable for choosing alliance member.

Abstract: The related issues are constantly emerging as the cross-border network purchasing through agents develops rapidly. The paper analyzes the risk on cross-border network purchasing through agents. The Delphi method is used to establish the risk evaluation index for domestic buyers, online purchasing agent platform and customs supervision department in order to provide a scientific and reasonable evaluaiton index system.

Abstract: The non-logistics factors are very important the same as the logistics factors are to affect the decision-making of the enterprise workshop process layout. A large of typical non-logistics factors were analyzed and summarized after query and study of information and sites about workshop process layout. Then the non-logistics evaluation index system and evaluation standard were proposed. The weights of non-logistics indicators were determined by AHP. According to SLP, the non-logistics evaluating of layout project was carried out. The result should be supplied as the scientific basis for the layout decision. The example was presented.

Abstract: The solar water heating and boiling systems with large area were designed and used for central bathing and drinking water project of a university in Zhengzhou. With oil/gas boiler auxiliary heat, the solar water heating-boiling system coupling operation method was investigated. The results show that this coupling operation method can effectively regulate hot and boiling water output in summer and winter by temperature partition, significantly increase the system efficiency to 0.56. The annual COP value is 5.07, energy-saving effect is optimal, and the collector area configuration achieves its optimum. The system has obvious advantages in maintaining water quality, temperature, pressure stability and convenience of operation and reliability. Its running stably.

Abstract: Delivering cargo by intercity passenger bus has the advantages of saving distribution costs, protecting environment, easing traffic pressure, improving security of distribution and so on. For urban and rural distribution, this paper analyses the luggage compartment size and utilization of Chinas popular intercity passenger bus, studies the feasibility of small pieces of cargo distribution by intercity passenger bus, and then proposes the establishment of distribution nodes, loading process and unloading process. The effectiveness and feasibility of small goods distribution by intercity passenger bus is verified by the empirical analysis of Feihe Parcel Express Company.

Abstract: In order to obtain efficiency and economy of a ceramic tunnel kiln’s flue gas heat exchanger, firstly, the exchanger’s sizes and thermal parameters on operative conditions were measured. Secondly, flow field and temperature field in the operative exchanger were numerically simulated by using FLUENT, a computational fluid dynamics soft ware. Finally, on base of the simulation, the exchanger’s efficiency and economy were calculated. The calculation results are listed as the following: (1) Energy savings in per unit time for utilizing the heat exchanger to recycle and reuse the flue gas’s waste heat is 112.2kW. (2) Efficiency of the heat exchanger equals 77%.

Abstract: According to the reality of the railway oil supply chain, this paper proposes a BSC-SCOR model in five-dimension to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional BSC model, and establishes a more objective and comprehensive supply chain performance evaluation indicator system. This research uses AHP method, integration algorithm and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate the performance of the railway oil supply chain.

Abstract: Lean construction is aimed to improve construction performance by eliminating wastes that do not add value to the customer. This project studies lean construction and its application in concrete construction projects at both the operation and project levels. In conjunction with a concrete contractor, actual concrete construction projects were observed, and problem areas contributing to delay and other wastes were identified. At the project level, the lack of coordination among subcontractors was cited as one of the major factors contributing to schedule delays. This paper proposes to use the last planner concept, the linear scheduling method, and the graphic schedule method to improve communication and look-ahead scheduling. Related software was developed for implementing this scheduling tool. At the operation level, a systematic approach of was identification, operation re-design, and employee training was applied to reduce wastes found in the field operation. A case study of bulkhead installation was used to demonstrate this approach, and a 3D animation was created for employee training.

Abstract: Ours is an epoch when stratagem will win. The strategic planning of logistics is closely related to the rise and fall of a modern enterprise. With the constant social progress and fast economic development, the social and economic environment faced by enterprises is continuously changing and there exist uncertainties of strategic planning of the logistics of enterprise. The thesis discusses about the Three-tier model, its activities and technologies in the context of the concept design. The research can not only serve as a theoretical guidance, but also be applied to the real-world issues. From the perspective of the relationship between concept design and value flow of enterprises, it advances methods of implementing logistic strategy in enterprises. To ensure the effective implementation of logistic management, a platform is indispensable that will be formed by making use of the Internet and the intranet.
