Abstract: A shearlets-based edge identification algorithem for the sea-sky in infrared image is proposed. The algorithem demonstrates the performance of edge detection based on shearlets, which is proper to use in infrared images. Simultaneously, with the advantage of edge geometric features provided by the shearlets, infrared image were extracted the direction information of edge of Infrared image, and classified. Simulation results conformed to the theory on edge detection based on shearlets. It drew the outline of edge for infrared image, provided the edge orientation feature and detected the sea-sky line.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce inclusive completely semi-regular space in L-fuzzy topology spaces and discuss some of its properties. Then, we introduce semi-homeomorphism and show inclusive completely semi-regular space is preserved under semi-homeomorphism.

Abstract: Based on DCT domain, this paper presents a digital watermarking algorithm, which combines luminance masking threshold characteristics of Watson and controls the watermark embedding position through transforming the chaotic sequence so that the watermark has better robustness and imperception. For watermark algorithm of the same kind, the values assigned to some factors could bring substantial influence to the watermarking system. This article primarily analyzes these factors which affect the performance of the watermarking system through the quality of image perception and robustness, provides specific experimental data, and explains the importance of the assignment of these values in algorithm design. This article employs two kinds of watermark information carriers which can precisely explain the problem and evaluate the performance of the watermarking system.

Abstract: China's commercial magazine faces of increasingly fierce competition in the customer, so it must improve its management and marketing method to enhance competitiveness. It is the key point to strengthening customer relationship management. The study in this paper uses data mining techniques to enhance the management of the customer to explore new customers, maintain overall customers and accelerate the development of the magazine. Through the establishment of large database and data mining, we find useful data and the relevance to support decision-making and better improve the competitiveness of the magazine.

Abstract: The paper mainly discusses the digital watermark algorithm for 3D grid model. Traditional algorithm cannot coordinate the contradiction between invisibility and robustness of digital watermark. In order to improve the security, this paper proposes a 3D grid digital watermark algorithm based on singular value decomposition (SVD). Firstly, we set the matrix formed by distance from the vertexes to center of 3D mesh model as the vertex modulus matrix. Then the matrix is decomposed by SVD, and finally the watermark is embedded into the diagonal matrix to get the 3D mesh model containing watermark signal. The simulation results show that the algorithm effectively solves the problem of invisibility and robustness of watermark, and the watermark formed here can resist various attacks which enforce the protection of 3D mesh models Rights.

Abstract: This paper proposes a dimensionality reduction mathematical model based on feedback constraint for High-dimensional information. It uses feedback restriction technique to construct dimensionality reduction model for multidimensional product data. The data obtained is with high latitudes, where a large number of data are under components involved standardized restrictions. High-dimensional data participating in operation will increase the complexity of operation, and hence, we need to reduce its dimension. In this paper multi-constrained inverse regression model is adopted to reduce the dimension of cloud resource scheduling data in multi-constrained environments. Experimental results show that the proposed method increases the data coverage rate of high-dimensional data mining by 66%, and has great optimizing effect.

Abstract: This paper proposes an abnormal signal retrieval method for differences equipments in Internet of Things (IOT) based on Signal Fusion Technology. It elaborates on the fusion rules for communication signal of underlying devices, according to which describes the conditions need to be met when abnormal signal of the underlying devices in IOT is fused. Laplace energy and weighting algorithm are adopted to fuse abnormal signals of the underlying multi-device in IOT in order to achieve fusion detection for abnormal signal. Experimental results show that the algorithm can greatly improve the efficiency of detecting abnormal signal.

Abstract: with the rapid development of computer technology, it has become the hot research topic of the current visual communication design that the color, graphics and image information of the visual information can use computer technology to make the pertinence design creation. First of all, this paper analyzes the spatial characteristics of the computer graphics technology. On this basis, the color transformation model is analyzed which is essential in the computer graphics and visual design. In addition, this paper also makes an empirical analysis on the application and function of computer graphics technology in the visual communication design in the form of a case. Finally, it is obtained that computer image technology not only has a significant importance in the design of visual communication, to some extent, but provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the study in this field.

Abstract: Under the background of information age, the computer plays a dominant role, and especially the emergence of the network makes the parallel computing possible. It makes the computer do a lot of image information processing in a short period of time, so as to obtain the best effect of art image design. Based on this principle, we design the model and algorithm of art image design through computer. We use normal bump of texture image processing technology, transforming two-dimensional image to 3D display, so as to achieve a good effect of art show. Finally, based on the construction of city public environmental art and city image, using the public environmental logo design as an example, we study the three-dimensional effect in identification system, so as to get a good image of the city, and provide a theoretical reference for the study of city public art and the image of the city.
