Abstract: As liquid level cascade system has the character the issue of non-linearity ,time variability and the overshoot,tradition PID control can not meet the requirement of precise molding system. So devise a self-_ adaptive fuzzy PID control .A self-_ adaptive fuzzy PID control combined PID to control calculate way and faintness to control the advantage of method, this text permits water tank to carry on mathematics model to design the double permit a water tank liquid misty PID string class control system. Matlab/Simulink and fuzzy logic toolbox are simulated to the single loop PID control system,the cascade control system and the cascade control system based on fuzzy self-tuning PID were simulated with Simulink. The analysis and simulation results indicate that the character issue of non-linearity ,time variability and the overshoot of the liquid level cascade control system based on a self-_ adaptive fuzzy PID controller are superior to previous of two methods.

Abstract: An auto-control model is presented to the process of beer fermentation, which has the characteristics such as time-varying, inertia, time-delay and nonlinear. The traditional PID control is difficult to accurately control. This paper according to the beer fermentation of problems puts forward a new control algorithm: fuzzy-neural network PID control algorithm. The fuzzy logistic differential control and intelligent integral control were supplemented into the fuzzy set-point weight tuning, so that the insufficiency of original PID control method was effectively improved. The advantages of this control algorithm are not only constitute a simple, small static error, dynamic response speed but also the ability to learn, etc. Therefore it not only can strengthen robust and intelligence of the system, but also make design simple and easily be required.

Abstract: Regional energy base with large installed capacity, small local power load capacity and great amount of power transmission have been more and more common in China. For this kind of sending end power grid, the 3rd line of defense for frequency stability is crucial. The high frequency generator tripping is an effective emergency frequency control measure. But its setting and configuration mainly relies on operational experience and off-line simulation calculation. An equivalent model suitable for the analysis and setting calculation of high frequency generator tripping is introduced firstly. Based on the model, and aimed at an actual frequency emergency control problem, a scheme for high frequency generator tripping is proposed. Furthermore, a speed-up tripping scheme using df/dt criterion is proposed to optimize the frequency response. Numerical simulations are conducted on real power grid model of Shanxi province to demonstrate the effectiveness and adaptability of this scheme. The setting principle and calculation method of high frequency generator tripping can introduce to similar power grid for reference.

Abstract: The petroleum chemical industry in the production process, fire water supply control system can not meet the normal transmission of signal nonlinear, reliability is low. Compared with the conventional fuzzy PID control system of PID water supply system, can be effective for the nonlinear input signal, and faster than the reaction rate of PID control, the more reliable. Application of fuzzy control to the fire water supply system of conventional, enhanced fire system speediness, stability and reliability.

Abstract: There is a universal coupling in process control system, especially with the development of science and technology, industry system has became more and more big, the control process is more complicated, the variables which need to solve are also gradually increased. Therefore between the variables in the associated process produce coupling. In order to solve the coupling problems, we introduced PI self-adjusting fuzzy control model in the link of decoupling, and designed the model and the algorithm of decoupling with decoupling controller. The experiment showed that, after the introduction of PI algorithm, the time when the system reaches a steady is greatly reduced, saving time and cost. Also there is no coupling between the two signals, which shows that PI algorithm successfully reaches the decoupling in the process control.

Abstract: This paper researches the intelligent lighting plan for typical applications based on the environmental conditions and introduces an intelligent lighting control system applying to the highway. The system has various functions, such as ambient light sensor, adaptive control and remote control, and supports the feedback regulation of fixed illumination, operating lights after car light tests and other work modes. The system adopts visual response smoothing techniques to eliminate the visual discomfort brought by the sudden brightness changes, which improves the drivers visibility at night or under adverse weather.

Abstract: This The integrated power system (IPS) to be used in future ships will be a big leap in the building of ship power platforms, representing the prospective direction of in the development of ship power systems. A centralized control console with PLC(Programmable Logic Control) and touch screen has been designed for the propulsion subsystem of the vessel integrated power system. The centralized control console is mainly used to monitor the operations of the propulsion motor and propulsion inverter and to make remote control communications with the propulsion display and control console of energy management. This paper has made a detailed description of its hardware, software and communication, and given full account of the PLC program as well as the process of the start-up, speed regulation and shutdown performed by the propulsion subsystem under local or remote control. The site tests prove that the designed centralized control console can effectively monitor the running conditions of the propulsion subsystem and improve the digitalization, intelligent capability, stability and reliability of the vessel integrated power system, which will be of reference value to the research on ship automatic management and long-distance monitoring.

Abstract: An optimal multivatiable looper control system based on decoupling strategy has been developed for hot strip finishing mills. Based on the dynamic configuration of the coupling system, we can get the status space expression of the coupling loopers system. Through the tools of Matlab we make out of the transfer function of looper system. Based on Decouping-Inbariable character theory and the transfer function of looper system we gain the transfer function of the decoupling net. By using the Simulink toolbox of the Matlab language, the simulation results have shown that, after decoupled, the loopers control system performance gets much better.

Abstract: Air conditioning system is known as a multi-variable, large delay, nonlinear and uncertain system, and it is difficult to achieve the ideal performance by using the traditional PID control strategy. In order to improve the system performance and reduce energy consumption at the same time, a neural network based MPC controller is proposed in this paper. After establishing the predictive model by using neural networks based on experiment data, the online optimization programming method is utilized to produce the control sequence of the future. And only the first control law is applied to the system to improve the control effect. The simulation result at last shows that the proposed strategy has strong robustness and adaptive ability, high control precision, better and reliable control effect and other advantages.
