Abstract: It is important role that technique of PLL in the photovoltaic power generation system, which determine the electrical energy output of photovoltaic systems and networks important technical ability. PLL control of mathematical model is studied primarily by the phase detector, a loop filter, a voltage controlled oscillator model. For zero lock-in technique several times to reset the integrator causing lock system instability, designed by the counter effectively eliminates it. Finally, it is verified by improved simulation and experimental studies.

Abstract: A kind of fuzzy control system based on papermaking process is proposed. This fuzzy control system is used with the extended state observer. The results of simulation show that it has satisfactory tracking performance, good robustness and the powerful ability to suppress disturbances.

Abstract: In the process of developing guided munitions, ground test can only verify the performance of integrated navigation system in low dynamic condition, and its costly and risky to use means of authentication such as flight test and throw experiment. This paper proposes a kind of hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) scheme with tri-axial turntable for verifying the performance of navigation system in high dynamic condition. It respectively uses quaternion method and four-sample rotation vector algorithm as attitude updating algorithms for comparison. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of some tactical missile and the HILS system, the error sources of integrated navigation system in the simulation with turntable and that without turntable are discussed in detail. The results of HILS show that integrated navigation system is of good performance under high dynamic environment; moreover, for the fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) inertial measurement unit (IMU) which outputs angular rate, quaternion method is better than four-sample rotation vector algorithm.

Abstract: In this paper the finite-time stability (FST) problem of continuous-time linear singular systems (CTLSS) is considered. The main results provided are a sufficient condition of FTS for CTLSS and a sufficient condition of robust FTS for uncertain CTLSS. Such sufficient conditions in the LMI formalism are attained for finite-time stability; this gives the opportunity of fitting the finite time stability problem in the general framework of the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach. In this context an example is provided to demonstrate the application of the proposed method for CTLSS finite-time stability problem.

Abstract: This paper presents the remote monitoring system for data-center based on GSM/GPRS Network. The System real-time monitors the data-center room temperature through ZigBee wireless network, and gets the air conditionings and servers running status through the serial port, and achieves communication to administrator through SMS-Modem and GSM/GPRS Network. This system enables administrators can easily understand the status of the data-center room and remote control the data-center room anytime and anywhere.

Abstract: Currently, the information exchange between various systems in substation is difficult, and the scheme of integrated supervision and control system of substation can effectively promote the smooth flow of information in the substation. In this paper, by analyzing the Communication architecture of integrated supervision and control system, the devices that communicate following the IEC61850 standard in station layer are given, which all need to integrate IEC61850 client. Then an integration method of IEC61850 client is proposed, providing unified IEC61850 client for different devices in integrated supervision and control system of substation to reduce the risk of interoperability failure because of using different IEC61850 clients. While a communication test is conducted using IED simulator and communication gateway simulator to verify the feasibility of the proposed integration method.

Abstract: In order to realize impact analysis for power communication service, we introduce service-concerned resource models, on which we based to present a new method for service impact analysis as well as a classification for service impact type and impact degree, combining the intersection theory with fault tree method. As applications, we managed to implement this model and method for N-1 service impact analysis in case of fault alarm, cracking performance and maintenance. As an extension, we introduce a brief model for N-x analysis. These implements will improve the intelligent level of power telecommunication service impact analysis.

Abstract: In most of Chinas rural areas, the devices of power distribution area are low configured, simply designed and installed, and have few functions but lots of forms. Beyond, most of them only implement simple functions of power distribution and metering. They couldnt meet the needs of transformation of rural power grid. So its extremely urgent to reconstruct and build intelligent rural power distribution and realize the standardization of information model and the intelligent integrated management of power distribution area to improve the quality and reliability of power supply. In this paper, we analyzed the current development situation of Chinas rural area. Then from the aspect of solving the lagging intelligent level of rural power system, we do some research about developing a new intelligent integrated distribution box and distribution transformer terminal , then we propose the intelligent manage system of power distribution area to realize high intelligent level of power distribution management, high level monitoring and control and greatly improved manage efficiency. At the same time, we enhanced the serving strength for the customer and help to improved the entire intelligent power load , so we could supply high quality power to our customers.

Abstract: This paper study the problem of the stability analysis for Lurie type systems with time-varying delay. By exploiting a suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, new criteria on delay-dependent stability are derived. Some better results are obtained by using a delay partitioning approach and reciprocally convex technique. Finally, numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and reduced conservatism of the obtain results.

Abstract: In order to extend the life span of battery-powered wireless sensor network nodes, this article proceed from the power module, data processing module, wireless module and MAC protocols to design an ultra-low-power wireless sensor network nodes. The nodes improve the power module efficiency maximally, at the same time it utilizes the ultra-low-power data processing module and the asynchronous MAC protocol adopting a sleep wake-up mechanism. Thus it reduces the integrated energy consumption of wireless module significantly. The life span of the nodes has been increased more than three times. In a word, the design in proposed in this paper greatly cuts down the energy consumption of wireless sensor network, which has practical significance of expanding the application space and improving the application effects of wireless sensor network.
