Abstract: During the process of drying fabrics by drying cylinder dryer, the over-drying of fabrics leads to a waste of energy. A temperature-online-measuring and energy-saving system for drying cylinder dryer based on network communication was designed in the study. The temperature-measuring and steam-controlling part of the system set in the cylinder dryer communicates with the remote monitoring part using the W5100 network chip through Ethernet which helps to achieve a high-speed and long-distance communication between the two parts. The remote monitoring part of the system is based on Delphi. The real-time temperature of fabrics in each drying cylinder can be displayed on the screen of the remote computer, and the steam supply of drying cylinders can be manually or automatically adjusted according to the mutations of temperature of fabrics by system administrators or the remote computer. The application of this system helps to avoid the The evaporation of water due to over-drying by 5.3%-6.6% and result in a reduction of the waste of energy by about 10%.

Abstract: A compact coplanar waveguide fed UWB (ultra-wideband) antenna with triple band-notched characteristics is presented. The rectangle radiation patch is used in the new design, and the bandwidth of the UWB antenna is extended by using circle corner for the rectangle cut from the ground. A parasitic element is added, whereas an inverted U-shaped slot is cut on the top of the CPW ground plane and a U-shaped slot is cut on the rectangle radiation patch. As a result, a triple band-notched characteristic is obtained, by which the potential interference between UWB and WLAN (Wireless Local Area Networks), C-band and X-band systems can be effectively reduced.

Abstract: A scheme of time synchronization for large scale wireless sensor networks based on multi-broadcast gossip algorithm is proposed in this paper. It is allowed multiple nodes can broadcast their time information simultaneously. In order to avoid communication collisions and receiving confusion, according to graph theory the distance between any two broadcasting nodes is restricted as 3. It is proved for convergence performance of this scheme by using stochastic matrix theory. The performance for this scheme is discussed. The computer simulations are given to test and verify the theoretical analysis.

Abstract: A new type of mine microseismic monitoring is introduced. The microseismic signal by these downhole sensors collecting, through the differential amplification circuit and filter processing circuit, enhance the potential to voltage A/D conversion chip required. The conversion result is read by ARM controller. The controller processes those data using wavelet denoising, and uses the Ethernet control circuit using TCP/IP protocol transmitte themto the PC. On the trap circuit, Butterworth low-pass filter circuit, wavelet threshold denoising have been simulated, the experimental results basically reached the design requirements.

Abstract: With shape memory function of new smart material, the magnetic control properties of magnetic shape memory alloy could be used to fabricate intelligent actuators for vibration control of reticulated shell structure. The major performance parameters of the microstructure of the materials has been considered in the functional relationship between the magnetic field and strain model of traditional magnetic shape memory alloys (MSMA). But the magnetic field of MSMA do not considered, induced strain and pre-pressure, ambient temperature and other factors, which is a mutual restraint relationship and coupling. Selected Ni53Mn25Ga22, in this paper, as the material for the research on deformation under the action of temperature, magnetic field, pressure coupling effect, and according to the test data designed a MSMA actuator drive.

Abstract: A kind of Cuk grid-connected inverter is proposed for renewable energy power generation. The grid-connected inverter using Cuk input series output parallel circuit, form a new type of non isolated single stage output parallel input series double Cuk inverter circuit. Firstly, On the basis of the topological structure and principle, the double-loop control strategy is researched to enhance its adaptability and robustness. Simulative results show that, the proposed inverter with double-loop control has better dynamic and static performances, with less output current harmonics and better waveform quality.

Abstract: This paper proposes a novel approach for analyzing and predicting electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The proposed method mainly consists of two parts. First, we separate input mixed signals from an electromagnetic environment by using fastICA, based on which, subsequently, we train a immune evolutionary network classifier (IENC). The classifier then finally could be used to analysis and predict electromagnetic compatibility. Experimental results have demonstrated the validity of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: In order to find the most sensitive port of some high-frequency low-noise silicon bipolar transistors, some electrostatic discharge (ESD) experiments were taken on three typical devices, which is beneficial to study the relevant law of ESDS (ESD sensitivity). Based on the experimental results, reverse-biased emitter-base junction was compared with reverse-biased collector-base junction about failure voltage under the action of HBM ESD, MM ESD and BMM ESD. The results show that the sensitive port is different for those mentioned silicon bipolar transistors under the action of different ESD models. Consequently, the most sensitive port of high-frequency low-noise silicon bipolar transistors may be variable for different ESD models.

Abstract: Electrostatic discharge (ESD) is a major failure mechanism for electronic equipment, and transient voltage suppressor (TVS) is the chief means by which the susceptibility to ESD of equipment can decrease. To study the suppressing behavior of TVS to ESD, a testing system was developed, consisting of the ESD generator, the coaxial-test clamp, the 30dB pulse attenuators, current/voltage sensor, and the oscillograph, etc. Using the testing system, the voltage-current behavior of a TVS as a protection device against ESD is described. It is shown that the pulse clamping voltage and the current peak of the TVS increase with the growth of the injected test voltage, and they are linear with the testing voltage. Through comparing and analyzing, it could be concluded that, for the ESD, using the clamping voltage decided by the same response time to estimate the protection performance of TVS is reasonable.
