Abstract:

After China joins into WTO, the world factory position has been established. Our numerical control machine obtains great development. The vertical turret controller is the most important part of numerically-controlled lathe. This article introduces the installation, disassembly, and debugging of the vertical turret controller. Moreover, it is based on the common fault during the installation and debugging. The emphasis analysis is the fault of the vertical turret controller of numerically-controlled lathe and provides the relative maintenance plan.
