Abstract:

With the increasing number of college graduates, the great increasing number of graduates ' archives, the continuous improvement of graduates' free choice of occupation, the traditional archives management methods of university graduates has already been far from meeting the needs of the developing conditions, Also have affected the work efficiency of archives management of university graduates. Designed " University graduates ' files online inquiry system design ", students ' information and employment records will be mailed of the EMS network docking to realize the real-time tracking of archives , and strengthen the graduates and school archives management communication, then raise the scientific, information, and networking level of the school students ' archive management.
