Abstract:

With the rapid development of economy, the city scale expands unceasingly. Some problem reveals gradually, such as the traffic congestion and declining air quality. The low carbon city, the concept of low-carbon transport becomes hotspot of urban construction gradually. Correlational study of slow traffic system from the low-carbon perspective has been reviewed. Taking Songhua River Summer Resort City master planning (2012-2030) as the foundation, based on low carbon, the paper analyzes slow traffic system planning of Summer Resort City, and conclude the problem. Based on low carbon, optimization strategies of slow traffic system have been proposed. It provides advice to low-carbon emission reduction and effective and efficient development of city road system planning.
