Abstract:

This paper aimed at the confusing situation of industrial enterprises on the energy management. The author presented the optimization scheme based on the support vector machine to manager the energy consumption. Firstly, according to the historical data, using support vector machine method , energy consumption used in production was accurately predicted, secondly, The author established an optimal control strategy through the feedback correction and rolling optimization method, repeatedly correcting parameters, and supposing a optimum parameter algorithm to obtain the optimal production process, energy scheduling and emergency plan . at the same time ,it can control energy efficiency and cost. and achieves the goal of reducing energy consumption.
