Compared with the traditional monitoring system, this development time is shorter, execution efficiency is higher, and easier to study and grasp, etc. So it can be widely used in mine monitoring system.

Abstract: As the geological condition of western Luming molybdenum mine is broken and there are faults through, to find out the geological structures of west mine is quite significant for the study of Luming mine slope stability. With EH4 geophysical technology to detect west Luming molybdenum geological condition, the data of the detection point was collated and sorted out, through the inversion method, two faults F3 and F4 was inferred in the west zone of LuMing mine, which is likely to cause slope instability phenomena. What is more, at the northwest of the pit, lithology with water was composed of alluvial deposits and broken sediments, the depth of the strata with water is more than 80 miles. So the impact of water on slope stability should be fully considered during mining process.

Abstract: Physical and mechanical properties of rocks are the fundamental factors affecting the slope stability, the rock physical and mechanical properties of the Luming molybdenum mine were tested and analyzed in the laboratory. The results can provide us the basic data and reference to do numerical simulation and physical simulation of slope stability. The experimental results showed that: the greater the depth of rock of Luming molybdenum mine, the greater the density becomes,so as the freeze-thaw coefficient; the rock strength complies with the general rule; uniaxial tensile strength of dried rocks is much larger than water-saturated rocks; various rocks compressive strength σ3 rose up with σ1 rising; the shear strength of the rocks containing weak structure surface is far less than the shear strength of the intact rocks.

Abstract: So far, the control rooms require a lot of manpower and material resources to repair and maintenance. They are above the borehole-type refuge chamber. It is also possible that the equipment in control rooms is aged and the necessities are overdue. When an emergency appears, it can detain the rescue. Therefore, a kind of emergency rescue car for permanent drilling shelters is developed. It can replace the control room. It combines with relevant regulations, through counting, based on the conditions of mines affiliated to Jizhong Fengfeng Energy Group. The air supply system, the power supply system, the flow food system and the communication system of monitoring and controlling are designed in the car. After conducting laboratory experiments, the model of appropriate emergency rescue car, the types of functional equipment are determined. The layout and connections of each system are also designed in the car. These are based on the data and theories concluded from theoretical analysis.

Abstract: Paper surface efficiency (PSE), a paper property integrating gloss and absorbency, can be used to evaluate color reproduction after the interaction of paper and ink. But it was shown that the color reproduction was still related to paper whiteness in practice. In this paper, an assumed PSE formula which integrates gloss, whiteness and ink absorbency is firstly presented, and according to experimental data, it can be well forecasted that the change of these principal paper properties would affect color reproduction result via the new PSE formula. The linear relationships between new PSE formula and ink color reproduction based the description of photo-density measurement were studied subsequently. The results showed that new PSE formula can be used to predict effectively ink color effect.

Abstract: A Projection Pursuit Regression method by using Hermite Polynomial is put forward to make modeling and forcasting of corrosion data, because of small sample of acumulation data of metal material corrosion in atmosphere, Multi-dimensional Properties and Non-orthogonality of influence factors. Analyses and prediction of atmospheric corrosion data of a metal are made by using this method. Compared with PCA+SVM method, this method improves significantly the accuration of prediction and correctness of corrosion vehavior trend. The result proves that the Hermite Polynomial Projection Pursuit Regression method has great huge advantage in data analysis of steel corrosion in atmosphere.

Abstract: In this paper, an electromagnetic parameters measuring system based on a concave cylindrical cavity is presented. The concave cylindrical cavity resonator mode is with separated electric field and magnetic field distribution region, which is not observed in other cavities. It is shown that permittivity and permeability can be tested by placing samples in the strongest electric field region and magnetic field region, respectively. Therefore, by using this measurement system, the electromagnetic parameters of microwave absorbing materials can be accurately characterized.

Abstract: To detect the disfigurements of the press roll, the dual-crystal longitudinal wave transducer and dual-crystal creeping wave transducer are applied in this study. With the help of the machine driven system and rotary encoder, the automatic ultrasonic detection of the press roll is realized, and the test results indicate that the detection system is reliable so that the press roll quality can be assured.

Abstract: A hierarchical fuzzy system model is presented based on data driving, and then, the model is used to predict the molten iron silicon content in BF. As input variables this model uses the control parameters of a current BF such as moisture, pulverized coal injection, oxygen addition, coke ratio etc. And variables employed to develop the model have been obtained from data collected online from Blast Furnace of Baotou Steel plant. This paper utilizes the fuzzy clustering algorithm combined nearest neighbor clustering and fuzzy c-means clustering to classify the input space. The simulation and error results show that the prediction based on hierarchical fuzzy model and data-driven method has good approximation and fit the output characteristics of the system. The most important point is that the number of fuzzy rules is greatly reduced.

Abstract: Come up with a new method of rocking curves analysis, its using the software of the double-crystal X-ray diffraction rocking curves analysis to simulate vertical cavity surface emitting laser structure. Simulate the X-ray diffraction rocking curve of each part of laser structure, and then compare with the diffraction rocking curve of the overall structure in order to acquire the adscription of each diffraction peak, the method can also be applied to other semiconductor lasers. Compared with conventional PDF card library about diffraction position of all material peaks, the method has the advantages of fast and accurately to distinguish, high efficiency. In the end, the X-ray diffraction rocking curves analysis method is applied to the MOCVD growth of GaAs based vertical cavity surface emitting laser, and quoting strain relaxation mechanisms for explaining the reasons for the partial peak drifting.
