Information Technology in an Improved Moving Target Detection Algorithm

Article Preview

Abstract:

Moving target detection is an important research direction in the field of computer vision which is using digital signal processing techniques to extract moving targets from the video image. And the accuracy is directly related to the identification and tracking of the target. Based on the analysis and research of traditional moving target detection algorithm, this paper introduced an improved moving target detection algorithm combined the background subtraction method and mixed-frame difference method, aim to improve the empty and ghosting phenomenon and achieve the rapid detection of moving targets. Experimental results show the effectives and efficiency of the algorithm.
