Abstract: To optimize aflatoxin production of Aspergillus flavus on peanut, the response surface methodology were applied based on previous experiment. The results showed that the influence of water content of peanuts, time and relative humidity were obvious and were not linear relationship. The optimal aflatoxin production conditions were that water content of peanuts was12%, the time was 7 days, relative humidity was 80%.

Abstract: In this paper, the antibacterial property of hemp fiber was studied before and after extracted with ethanol. Simultaneously, the chemical composition of ethanol extract from hemp fiber was analyzed and characterized by UR and FT-IR. Experiment results show that, the antibacterial property of hemp fiber decreased after extracted with ethanol. The Inhibitory rate to Candida albicans decreased from85.7% to 64.4%. The Inhibitory rate to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans deceased as extraction time prolonging, and attained equilibrium after about 4 hours. Through experiments and date analysis by using FT-IR and UV, hemp fiber contains chalcone. It is initially argued that the active anti-bacterial constituents of hemp fiber may be alkaloids, flavones and saponins.

Abstract: The effect of different salt additions on the granular microstructure of samples of the high temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3O (YBCO) synthesized by a biomimetic method has been investigated. Attempting biotemplating using salts with the rock-salt structure, most such salts were found to be chemically compatible with the YBCO biosynthesis, but only NaCl and KCl were observed to result in the desirable strongly anisotropic platelet growth to form clusters with localized orientational alignment. Broadening the range of additions to other chloride salts of varying structures resulted in an increase in the CuO impurity content of the samples, but with all the YBCO formed exhibiting platelet growth. Chloride salts are therefore considered to be good candidates for addition to the biomimetic YBCO synthesis in order to achieve anisotropic platelet growth.

Abstract: In order to research the quality-change of Ready-to-eat sea cucumbers in the storage period. The Ready-to-eat sea cucumbers were respectively stored under 5, 10 and 15 °C to determine the sensory quality and textural property. The results showed that: During the storage period, the quality of the Ready-to-eat sea cucumbers decreased gradually. When the sense of the samples declined to the acceptability limit, the smell and the surface viscosity changed significantly. The value of hardness, elasticity, cohesiveness and chewiness were determined the sensory acceptable limit at different stored temperature.

Abstract: A new O/W microemulsion system for transdermal matrine delivery was developed in order to improve the skin permeability and solubility of matrine. Various factors were investigated including solubility of matrine, the skin permeability of matrine aiming to choose suitable surfactants, cosurfactants and oils. By drawing the pseudo-ternary phase diagrams, the basic prescription of microemulsion were determined. A simplex lattice experiment design was adopted to optimize the composition of microemulsions. The mathematical software Matlab be used to calculate the predicted values to determine the optimization of microemulsion formulation.

Abstract: The Ultra-fine rice flour (MF) was processed using supersonic speed airflow grinding technology, and the average size of the particles was 8 μm. The Poly (L-lactic acid)(PLLA)/MF composites were fabricated by blending, and the isothermal crystallization behavior of PLLA/MF was investigated in detail. The results showed that the half time of overall PLLA crystallization t1/2 was affected by Tc and content of MF. Upon the addition of 3%MF at 100°C, t1/2 decreased to minimum value. In addition, the kinetic of isothermal crystallization of PLLA/MF composites showed that there existed complicated nucleation mechanism of PLLA and PLLA/MF composite.

Abstract: A variety of ultrasound elasticity imaging methods have been widely used in clinical. However, most of the existing methods are based on the assumption of organization for the pure elastic, and ignore the organization viscoelasticity effects on measurement results. In this paper, the finite element analysis method was used to calculate the different tissue deformation displacement distribution as well as the distribution of acoustic echo, etc. Using the theory of viscoelastic mechanics, we study the effects of viscoelastic parameters and sound pressure frequencies for the viscoelastic imaging of model organization. The experimental results of finite element analysis show that the viscosity of the organization cant be ignored in elastography.

Abstract: Synthetic rutile is an important intermediate in the manufacture of titanium dioxide, sponge titanium, and other areas of chemical industry. Due to the limitation of raw material and technology, the production of Chinas synthetic rutile still cant meet the need. Using the low grade ilmenite ore as a raw material to manufacture high grade synthetic rutile is extremely urgent. The technology of producing synthetic rutile at home and abroad, the prospect of Chinas industrial process and some suggestions are introduced.

Abstract: The density, viscosity, conductivity of the mixture of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate salt ([Bmim]HSO4) ionic liquids and water have been determined at 25°C and atmospheric pressure. It was found that the density and conductivity of [Bmim]HSO4/water increase with the increase the water concentration at the same temperature, whereas the viscosity of [Bmim]HSO4/water decreases. The relationship between conductivities and temperature are agreed well with the Arrhenius equation.

Abstract: Calixarene is the third generation of the main compound. Its molecular recognition, simulation enzyme catalysis, molecular catalysis, analytical chemistry, self-assembly, and other areas of research have made great progress. calixarene represent a well-known family of macrocyclic molecules with broad range of potential applications in engineering materials fields. calixarene derivatives for simulating biological system, or in the form of new drug molecules targeting molecule reaction vessel, molecular switches, etc.; Under certain conditions because some new calixarene derivatives with the liquid crystal properties, so some new type of liquid crystal materials can be screened and prepared.
